I believe in next 2 quarters BCG will be on top for multibagger return as its actual story just started. In fact in 2022-2023, BCG can be top multibagger of the decade if all plans in place get executed well.

Good catch Logan sir. These small-2 things matter a lot for Corporate communication. I strongly feel that BCG must hire a senior person for corporate communication to strengthen the governance process. The current team was never impressive, they have been making mistakes, it true that we have seen some improvement in last 2 quarters but now it’s a need of an hour when company is growing fast organically and multiple acquisitions are in pipeline.

@Admin, could you please send an email on behalf of investor group asking them to correct this? I believe that accepting mistake and correcting also give strong positive message to market.

Dear Boarders, can any of you share insights on book value, which too got reduced to 34.9 in screen.in today? How book value is linked to share value adjustment due to bonus shares issue?

@Investor_2022, if from tomorrow price will be adjusted as per bonus ratio, means reduced by 20% of today’s closing price, then there is no business case to buy today to get bonus shares, right? because anyways we can buy 20% cheaper after bonus, is my understanding correct? Please share your insights on benefits for investors who bought today and last few days.

Agreed Investor_2022, it’s very well summarized response from BCG reflecting a significant improvement in corporate governance, investors relationship, process and communication, also hunger to increase their market share. Personally I feel no stopping until 150 but I am completely sold to Logan”s theory of intrinsic value, value recognition vs realization that current developments and approach are going to help BCG to achieve their intrinsic value which is much higher than 150.

Very well articulated Logan, value realization has just started. Bonus shares, ESOP, FPIs entry and most importantly acquisition are very strategic approach to unlock market value and business growth. This rally wont stop until Bonus shares received, that means stock price should reach 100 non stop and then acquisition will take it to 150 by Dec, after that all depends on company performance to take the price to around 300 for Nasdaq entry. This is my personal opinion on based of events happened and plan shared by company. Please share your thoughts. Happy Investing in BCG.

Today’s Outcome of the Board Meeting – Preferential Issue – 12.5% further dilution, does it mean these investors too will get bonus shares if they pay full amount before bonus shares allotment?
Also I am curious to know that why India’s big bull and investment companies are not investing, do they invest only on certain market cap and stock P/E > 10 ? Appreciate if anyone can share some insights.

CI Sir, thank you for the insights on BCG business, roadmap and stock movement with growth story. You also mentioned Subex and 3i, need your help to understand why do you think these 2 are also potential multibagger stocks. Both Subex and 3i seem to be very expensive stocks as stock P/E 77.3 and 65.9 respectively. 3i has delivered a poor sales growth of -11.57% over past five years and Subex is trading at 6.89 times its book value. Appreciate your insights on Subex and 3i with more details.

Thank for sharing the audio clip of conf. call, here is my summary from this –
1. BCG management answered all investors questions with details, central lender coming so now with LOC confirmed, plan of acquisition, business growth as 30 to 40 percent new business BCG is not able to pick up due to capital issue.
2. Axis 17 cr. agreed – 11 cr. will be paid by Feb 22nd and once remaining 6 Cr. paid BCG will be zero debt company.
3. New center opened in Berlin and new product launched recently. Hopefully market will see all these and valuation will be accordingly in near future.
I request all experienced and knowledgeable investors to share their feedback.
