I do not know anyone personally here because from the beginning everyone has liberty to post under nick names which I have never questioned though I am not favor of it.
I respect you for that, and have never opposed to your views other than being repetitive, following which there was a temporary suspension which was revoked as promised. I also believe that views from both sides should be heard as long as it is a healthy discussion. But some go to extent of using offensive language or raise unsubstantiated allegation maligning the promoter and the company. This will no longer be permitted especially from someone whose identity is unknown.

Request all who missed to attend concall, to go through the transcript and understand the current position. Please give importance to what the management is saying and not believe the rumor and noise. Daily activity in the forum is not required, especially the kind of one which you saw yesterday. Lesser the activity, lesser the tendency to trade and make mistakes. Request everyone to show patience and await the issues to get settled. Use this forum effectively on the days of company announcement, update, news or anything of significance.

0Seeing lots of anonymous posts in the last 2-3 hours with completely new user names. Interestingly all are straightaway criticizing the company without even introducing who they are. I wonder where they were hiding before the concall! Such anonymous users will no longer be allowed to interact here.

0@Srd.rdx – Thanks for standing by critiques as always. The past was painful hence the penny levels. The future appears bright and we need to welcome it. But you fail to see the positivity but panic investors by commenting – “I would not be even surprised if share price starts hitting LC , Monday onwards”. Thank you for all your contributions.
0@Shoumik – You have been posting a lot and adding no meaningful thing. A post waiting to be approved is highly abusive, denigrating the promoter and is against forum rules. Your view in general is now heard by everyone. I won’t be approving any further posts from you as it takes my lot of time. Not a permanent ban but a break until another important event happens.

@Saach – You have brought a very important point. The management agreed to investors request to extend the concall to two long hours but we didn’t see Hitesh or Shoumik or Bullguru use this opportunity in asking any queries.We can see management intention in getting more investor friendly – extending concall, more disclosures to exchanges and now the most important Analysts meet and presentations being planned. At the same time progressing on the WIP initiatives which carries high impact. The delay can be attributed to the legal processes involved. Investors have to keep patience at this point and do not lose the focus from the big picture.

Bullguru also used to leave similar disclaimer after spreading all negativity. “All said I have not sold a single share”
The problem is that if all the negative sayers dominate the forum, the result is retail investors who are new or on the sidelines will lose the morale. You should also speak on good things happened in the concall such as the planned Analyst meets so that your view is more balanced.
0Request all boarders to remain cautious. It is hard even for me to know who works for operators but am sure they are here around with multiple IDs. They have just one agenda, to create panic, paint a sombre outlook of the scrip especially when it is about to come out of shackles. They don’t speak anything good which has happened but picking up only the faults and repeat it umpteen times.
@Shoumik You used to write glorious stories of BCG and took a sudden turn when things are shaping good. I don’t know what transpired between your offline discussion with Hitesh and Bullguru.I will not allow any agenda by the operators to work in this forum to drive away retail investors who here are hopeful of this company to turn around. You may accuse me to have a bias towards those talking positive, but sorry I will rather take that blame.
0Concall Notes:
Travel to Korea was planned this week with respect to Daum but had to be cancelled due to coronavirus issues.
Global auditor – > Not a Big Four but a top firm. The auditor is fixed but purposely the name is withheld to avoid calls/query to the auditor by shareholders. SKR said he wants the job get done soon. Audit for 2019 is being worked by Global auditor.
Single entity in US has many advantages like access to capital, further acquisitions, etc.
Axis – Negotiations undergoing, auction of collateral was stayed. 8-9 Crores to be paid. WIP with bank, cannot reveal more as it is under discussion.
Receivable financing being talked with a large Bank with US and it is connected to global audited consolidation.
Daum ->Amount is frozen and payment terms also settled. Daum reverted some feedbacks for which some more negotiations remaining, which SKR said will be sorted out in due course. Nothing to be worried.Hard to commit timelines but said that 95 % of the job is already done.
Assets within Lycos will be leveraged.
Analyst meet is being planned in Mumbai, the date for which will be announced by next week. Presentations would be made by the company before the analysts.
When asked about that Affle not considering Brightcom as a competitor though both listed in Indian market, SKR said he is competing with Global players like AOL and not local Indian players like Affle.
Agreed that share price is undervalued and current steps taken to sort out things will help to get right valuation.
Oak – working with a buyer for exit arrangement.
