It’s sad that again even in this forum we are going back discussing the price movements, as a long term investor I couldn’t care less about daily price movements and none of long term investor would expect a permanent hike in share price without the diclosures on lined up news like Restructuring,DAUM Resolution, Line Of Credit those are the things that would eventually help BCG share price along with the new approach by management of timely communication. I wouldn’t want a dividend either, I don’t think given BCG’s need of working capital paying dividend is a smart move, I don’t believe dividends or lack of it in anyway reflect on genuinety of a company. Keep up the good faith in the business and everything else will follow.

SKR giving AKG Finvest/Uno Metals a clean chit was un-necessary IMo he could have said investigation is in progress or something, SKR going out of the way to protect them just make the case of SKR-AKG tie up suspicions stronger !! ,A mistake in otherwise well handled call by SKR IMHO.

Hi , could any one explain the Related Party Transactions disclosure numbers made by Brightcom in exchanges, and any inferences one could make from those numbers !!like Ybrant Media Acquisition has the number 576275217 against it !! What does it mean Ybrant Media Acquisition was formed just to close the DAUM issue without losing other assets right ???

Online Media Solutions is a fully owned subsidiary of BCG and Bold-win is owned by Online Media Solutions(as per bold-win privacy policy) that’s my understanding.

Also i dont think BCG require LOC to close DAUM if the settlement amount is reasonable. LOC is to buy top demand side platorms. Most of the top players own there own demand and supply platforms, BCG’s effort at creating Demand side platforms like Lycos TV,Lycos Life has failed hope they don’t burn more money in creating platforms from scratch but follow the inorganic growth pattern which it had been following in buying top demand side platforms.

I have heard many a times SKR saying that the development of Brightcom largely depends on buying ad-spaces, so eventhough the expense is not technically operating expense my guess is most of money is spend in buying ad-space which is effectively operating cost bold-win looks like a buy on this line. Since Mobile- app ad space is a new thing such huge expenses. As for return of investment bold-win climbing the pixalate ranking and Brightcom jump in ranking along with bold-win looks like a ROI for me. If anything i doubt BCG is under reporting profits to get a better bargain from DAUM.

I think main issue about DAUM case is not about money, SKR and BCG management think that they were cheated by DAUM . Or rather DAUM played too smart !!

It would also be great to have some big names like Jacob Nizry, Brad Cohen etc on the board of directors of BCG India and get them attend the AGMs etc. That would change everything.

Atleast a Video-conferece or participation in a con-call, they need not answer anything just a token presence would do a lot towards the credibility.

In a way, I understand all this confusions comes from the fact that BCG growth has been almost purely Inorganic and all the subsidiaries are autonomous it could be also the agreement terms of acquiring these firms. But I think at some point SKR has to put efforts in clearly spelling out every subsidiary chalking out a financial plan in sharing the profits of subsidiaries etc. So that it all doesn’t look like a poorly managed indian Joint Family account. Take some from here, give some there, put some somewhere else, bury some, burn some for the spendthrift useless son etc.

Many companies managed by Ingress ventures were acquired by companies like Taboola. I wonder how it transfers into investment returns for Brightcom, if any.
