@akkithegrt: My take is: BCG has been making good money constantly. SKR had fear of takeover (due to his low shareholding) so he built an atmosphere of company having CG issues and fraud financials. In meantime he lost further shareholding due to invoking of pledged share. So he decided to acquire more shares in his company by unethical means. His plan was to acquire more shares and then take the price higher, but unfortunately for him FA was initiated & SEBI came into picture. The Worst thing is that he lost everything in this process. Anyone who wanted to siphon off money wouldn’t have bought back shares in his own company. He could easily show payments to other vendors and the route it back to his family without going through issuing warrants. In fact most fraudsters increase the price of their company and at the height of stock price they exit. Here he was trying to acquire more shares albeit unethically.
So yes, I do believe the financials of BCG is true. This is just an informed opinion based on the circumstances. I have no evidence to support this claim.
imposiblznuthinRegistered BoarderI had bought shares on 31st. today I get intimation from Zerodha that my bought shares are “short delivered”. Heard this for the first time.
So apparently it looks like short sellers are rampant in this script.
7+imposiblznuthinRegistered BoarderI think the only thing which can lift up the share price are new institutional investors. Can we in someway influence new institutional investors to invest? I do not see any possibility for us to influence management.

Guys,, Audit has been initiated, that s it. This has happened to many cos many times. Now as a normal investor, it probably isn t pleasant to hear and raises doubts but we shouldn t let it allow us to give in to naysayers.
I have some pointers to ask:
1. Cash is the king. Do u think a company with irregularities would ever want to make acquisitions in cash. Rather they would take a loan from the bank to make an acquisition.
2. Why would a company pay off the debt or reduce pledged shares if there s any irregularity. They would rather increase debt.
3. Subrato Saha is an independent director and was also in the audit committee till 2016 has picked up 2.64% stake in sep 21 and it s same in dec 21 shp. Why would he do that?
4. Wouldn t the directors of a company with financial irregularity want to reduce their stake at a high?
5. The cost of the present bonus is also about 161cr if I recall right which again will come from the reserve. Why would a co with issues do that.
6. Why would the company inform the exchange proactively about impairment of assets last year if there are things to hide. Why to attract unwanted attention.
Nobody has ever created wealth by being impatient or on weak conviction in stock market. We shouldn t surrender our convictions at the drop of a hat. I m not passing judgement that all is ok but yes I would rather not give in to the propaganda of naysayers and wait with conviction for status clarity because there are things that don t seem to be as the behavior of a company with cooked books. Nonetheless,,,everyone is free to do what they feel is right though. RgdsimposiblznuthinRegistered BoarderCan anyone list all the peer companies like BCG? I know Affle India is one. Which are the others?
1+imposiblznuthinRegistered BoarderThe only thorough way to break a community is to pitch them against each other. Break it from within.
And we see it happening here in this forum. If we continue to target each other then very soon this forum will cease to exist as everyone will stop posting their thoughts. This will be a loss for all shareholders.
I humbly request everyone to post their thoughts and analysis without targeting anyone.imposiblznuthinRegistered Boarder@valuebuyer001: you can buy it at 25 percent the price isn’t it? That’s the reason those people have bought these warrants. And you pay the full amount within 18 months in case it appreciates.
4+imposiblznuthinRegistered Boarderhi Boarders,
I have a question.
Can we retailers subscribe to warrants? or can we convince management to allow retailers to subscribe to the warrants? if allowed I think lot of us retailers will be interested in subscribing to it.
