I feel we should move the Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MOCA)and PMO, and complaint against the irresponsible attitude of BCG towards public especially for not responding to any mail.

BOD and Management should be made accountable for the panic situation that is created in the market by keeping the investors in dark on the kind of manipulation that is happening in share price.

Some people will misuse the patience of the investor, and everything should have its Own limit.

I strongly condemn BCG for taking investors for granted.

We should write a letter to 1) PMO
    2) Ministry of Corporate Affairs
    3) SEBI
undersigned by “all serious and stressed investors” complaining this attitude of BCG management towards investors and type of manipulation happening.

We as investor without being blindly biased should clearly understand “Managing Business is different from Managing Investors” and both should go hand in hand, we cannot keep praising the management only for the business, of course we respect their efforts.

It is like comparing India to China. In China the economy growth may be tremendous but people have no voice in anything, In India the growth may be slow but we have voice and kept informed on everything through RTI except for strategic decision which is concerned with National Security.

Public limited company is like India a Democratic institution and Investor should have respect for their Voice and things has to be kept transparent at least when requested ( excluding the strategic decisions involved in business ) .

BCG May be doing wonders in the business, but keeping investors blind is not acceptable and we should condemn it strongly by using available institutions (PMO, MOCA and SEBI) as instruments to exercise our powers.

This is frustrating, I really don’t understand why they don’t respond to Retail investors mail.
Actually more than a loss or anything else this attitude is irritating.

Institutional investors will not invest crores of rupees in any business which are not credible.

We can see them investing even at higher price like 7 and also at 6. This shows the credibility of the Financial Statement of the company.

However in my belief they may be manipulating the share price just to create panic in retail investor and gather more and more shares.

And They are doing it smartly, they are taking price high by inviting greedy investor to invest by shedding their(operators) own shares, later they are buying it at LC creating panic in retail investors. And they could purchase these retail investor shares from the profit made during momentum of HC without any additional funding.

They continue this cycle till they reach their target numbers. What is their target number? God knows.

But Why they are doing so?
I believe they are slowly trying to establish control over management and take over this lucrative business.

One thing is sure, the drop in share price is loss to institutional investors, despite of that if they are manipulating the price to lower level, then definitely they have some big plans.

I feel CEO is completely unaware of Stock and its market position. He focus only on his technical ideas and uses public money to test those ideas.

At least he don’t have time for investors in this panic situation in the market and make some announcement on what’s happening in the market regarding BCG shares.

I have never seen such attitude.

Profit and loss are inevitable in business, but transparency is must for any leader who wants take public together.

Playing with public emotions is not good, any person who invest in any business will do with risk of loss, but don’t like to be kept in dark.

He comes from one of the top institute (IIT-K)and from one of the great Reddy community. This approach of him is not appreciated.

Sorry to say this, but I believe he should have some empathy towards retail share holders who trusted him for so long.

This scrip breaks the trust on fundamentals, especially on the Management which has become blind and deaf towards investors emotions and trust.

On other side if fundamentals are not True it breaks trust on the Audit system.

Ultimately it breaks the trust on SEBI if the stocks can be manipulated to this level.

Ultimately no safe environment to invest, It is better government increase FD interest rates, so that investment shall be made in such FD’s.

Peshwa Acharya official appointment order as Independent Director is announced today.

“Did Peshwa Acharya waited for NCLT issue with Axis bank to be settled?”

If so then the news would be positive I believe.

This is just my belief!!!..nothing else

The best valued shares will have following features

    1) Great Product/Service:
Which BCG has i.e Digital marketing

    2) Good Financial Record:
BCG has from couple of years

    3) Good Legal record:
BCG has streamlined from last few years

    4) Excellent Management:
Management which looks not only welfare of business but also welfare of Stakeholders. Management which is transparent with frequent announcements that wins the trust of stakeholder.

    Does BCG has this??

If all these aspects fall in line, Leave Goenkas or others no body will dare to sell the shares in the market. Confidence of retail investor will defeat the Operators fake movements. They will not dare to release shares at low price as they will know that confident Retail investor readily grab it.

The CEO should build that confidence in Shareholder, this is what excellent Management is.

Today around 31 lakhs share is bought in BSE, I will be happy if some long term investor has bought it.

If it is operator again it will be really frustrating.

No good news can take the price high unless more and more long term investors enter.

If you solve one issue the operators try to project other issue, if you solve all the problem they start with Consolidation of subsidiaries, if you solve that they come to Audit part of Balance sheet, if you solve that they will come to Dividend.

They will never stop the fake movement of panic and greed, and making accumulation and distribution.

Yes Sir, share are purely in operator controls. If you see the chart the price is controlled by just 500 to 1000 shares, for instance

    1) Buy is given 7.10 and Sell at 7.09 but volume is few hundred to few thousands.

This keeps the price in control, seeing this retail investors are getting frustrated and shedding their shares, which is accumulated by the operators. Later they create fake movement, now for instance

    1) Sell is 7.50 and Buy 7.50
    Volume increases to some extent.

Then the retail investors see some movement and they join the movement increasing the price. Here the operators book profit and they exit,

Then again they start creating the fake movement downwards again all the retail investor in panic start selling, and operators start accumulating.

    The cycle is repeating.

Who the operator is God knows.

    way to control is

1)more and more Firm minded long term investors should enter.

2)else some institutions Who can hold shares for longer period should enter.

    3)BCG should buy back shares.

Though the BCG has the best fundamentals, it has been trapped under operators.

We can see in MC how active operators are, there name looks like it is coded, I am sorry to say but BCG has become victim for them.

We Retail operators can’t do anything other than keeping the shares for longer period with patience till any institutional action take place.

Else we all investor should form a group and should start buying when ever they try to reduce the price by stopping the accumulation.

But retail investor can’t do that due to limited resource under his disposal.

Kindly correct and guide me if I am wrong in any way.
