@odysee My assumption is that share price is deliberately kept low till Daum issue is resolved. Business, Profits, EPS has nothing to do with it. When OAK wanted to sell their shares at profit price was easily taken to double digits for them to sell and later it was brought back down again.

It is just my assumption i have no evidence to prove it and i donno whether management is party to this.

Next couple of weeks is going to be crucial, i assume we will get to know the direction the stock is going to take in the next couple of weeks.

@Optimus Best thing to do is not to look at the daily price movements. I am frustrated too just like you, but I have not lost hope yet. Waiting for the company to send an update on LOC by this month end to take a call.

@buffet problem is not with the money. BCG has the money to pay, but the way in which SKR wants to solve the problem is the issue. SKR doesn’t want to pay a penny extra even if the process takes a year to get solved. In the meantime investors are left in the lurch.

Thanks @sateanna. This might be a dumb question to ask. Do you see any difference between face 2 face interaction and conf call interaction with SKR. Generally we will be able to make a guess if a person is honest with his response during direct interaction. What do you think. SOrry for asking such a dumb question.

@Rathi_b, @sateanna During your meeting with SKR did he give any concrete timelines. I know Axis and LOC is not under his control, but finding a stable investor is under his control, it gives me jitters because he was not able to find a investor for the OAK shares when he knew well in advance the fund is going to end and the shares would be coming in the open market. Not sure how he will find a investor now.

@m4max1979 i agree with your views. i also assume that SRK buying shares was to assure that share price is going to come down in coming weeks, but i am buying at a higher price, so nothing to worry.

SRK’s way of resolving issues is really hurting the company.

@buffet, as i understand Rathi and others who are planning to go to BCG office are going to have a conf call tommorow to discuss questions and probably on Monday they will talk to management.

As usual IR team has not responded to the mails.

@max, i do hope issues will be resolved, but looking at the trading pattern it is not the market which is bringing down the share price, but some vested interest which is suppressing.
It shouldnt be the case where Axis is resolved and we are still in single digits and wait for the next issue to be resolved.
