Hi Everyone,

I also like the idea of having a separate platform for discussing other ideas. I have only 2 points to add:
1. It need not be a separate site if that means significantly more work for the admin. We can do it in a separate thread.
2. What we need to ensure is that it happens in a very organized format. No need to restrict to 2-3 ideas, but instead, we can have minimum criteria needed to share it or post it. Maybe elder members on this forum can together decide what the minimum criteria will be.

Hey Guys, I am currently in France. I have roaming plan but dont know how to dial Indian number starting with 1800. Any one has any ideas?

In case I am not able to attend, is it possible someone does audio recording of the call?

One doubt I have. As the the last conference call, I remember it was said that the foreign subsidiaries have been audited but they will not be made public due to DUAM situation.
In that case, atleast Indian Auditers should have seen it right? As per the audit report attached in the results today, they still mention it as unaudited (Point 5 of Audit Report)

I have received the dividends but my mom hasn’t. She has SBI account linked with zerodha. Anybody with a SBI account not received dividend yet?

Sure here is my credit. I know this is BCG Dividend because of 2 reasons:

1. I did my calculation of all my shares before exdate and calculated dividend after TDS. It is same as this number
2. I had no outstanding payment from anyone else and I use this bank account exclusively for investing.

It seems SKR won’t settle any issue(Axis/LOC/Daum) before warrant approval.

If this is true then it is a serious moral issue with management. Although we don’t know it, so let us wait.

Plus, I am wondering what happened to the money raised to preferred issues. That was meant for Axis. They should have paid that amount to Axis and settled but only 5 crore paid as per last update.

Hi All,

Firstly, you guys are amazing. I have been recently researching about the company and this forum really helped me gain great insights about the business

I have few Questions on financials of the company:

Under Assets -> Other Assets, there are Loans & Advances of about 800 crores given by the company. The company tells that it is a prepayment to the publishers (according to company disclosures).

When I combine this 800 crores with 1000 crores of trade receivables, it makes me really concerned about the company. Anybody has more insights on this 800 crore number and don’t you guys think, it is too much?
