@Raja when everyone was talking bullshit about BCG it was this forum which gave support to the truth and investors. And now too if someone expecting a better results than what is flattish according to him..is that anything wrong in that?

Further, this group never recommends target price 3 digit or 4 digit, we only discuss the facts and future….

By mentioning results are lower than expectations doesn’t mean we don’t know the future events or we doubt the company…it’s only about past 3 months performance and nothing more…

– LOC approval
– Daun settlement
– US subsidiary merger
– NASDAQ Listing
– mutual fund entry
– higher dividend
– Synergy gain of multiple aquisition

Just imagine the share price…

@logan….. please do not stop on guiding us…this is share market and everyone is investing on their own risk and as per their appetite…we need your suggestions/ update/ insight…we need it NOW THE MOST…where company is in drastically changing the equations with acquisition, dilution, growth etc.etc.. we need your view immediately after tomorrow statment when BCG will declare the name of that other company…

Few points on outcome of board meeting – which I think

Negative points –
1 – EPS would be 4.75 due to bonus issue and PW
2 – PE would be 5 due to bonus issue and PW
3 – dividend not that good still not out of token dividend
4 – more dilution in equity awaited
5 – auditor not trust worthy not having its own domain email address

Positive points
1 – much needed funds recived
2 – good results for profit
3 – bonus shares after long for existing share holders.
4 – consecutive dividend declared

Hopefully company will give some more and more positive news…

I am sure, this bonus will also be issued to PW (definitely they will pay the full peanut price of PW) and o obtain one more free share….. My point is how much upside is easily achievable post bonus share.. further what will be the impact of TTD entering indian market and latest developments on Amazon and flipkart starting its own add tech ventures…@Logan @ Diana @ admin… please highlight some issue on this will help us a lot

Kris it is already listed on NSE but not on BSE…we need to do analysis on its accounts, promoters, plan, business lots of thing like admin, Diana and Logan are doing for BCG…at upfront MHHL looks good investment but I know nothing about above things I mentioned…
