For long time we are having very positive and professional guidelines from the technical expert members of this Forum, we established our objective issues very carefully and talk on the matters of the company only. Unfortunately, if someone has, due to unknown reasons, followed the wrong roots, if proved, will definitely be punished, accordingly. The news of ED raid on the concerned persons (in individual status) involved in the case of preferential shares – Auditor and CEO. This indicates that ED did not involve the company in this issue, which looks positive for the company, at this stage. As explained earlier that such persons must be properly and legally punished; if found guilty as explained in SEBI’s order.

SEBI is only putting bans on disposing off shares by the people involved in this preferential share game.
