As i asked several time to @rathi_b and other hyd team which visited BCG office about whether SKR had showed them LoC docs from Goldman sachs or some other lenders. As am not getting any reply from them, assuming it that SKR knew that GS LoC will not be materialized and that’s why he showed that docs to our hyd team (to convince them and he actually successful in that).

LoC again went into some another cycle and later he may provide some other excuses that due to bla-2, from this lender too it didn’t materialized . I might be wrong, so experts and other members comments are welcome.

@all can we verify from Goldman Sachs that negotiation stopped only due to more time taken by them or reason is something different??

parameters while declaring dividend or recommending dividend to shareholders:
• Capital allocation plans including: Expected cash requirements of the
Company towards working capital, capital expenditure in technology and
Infrastructure.
• Investments required towards execution of the Company’s strategy.
• Funds required for any acquisitions that the Board of Directors may
approve and any share buy-back plans.
• Minimum cash required for contingencies or unforeseen events.
• Funds required to service any outstanding loans;
• Liquidity and return ratios
• Any other significant developments that require cash investments.

As per their policy , they will consider fund required to service any outstanding loans. Don’t know how much they had followed their own policy while considering for dividend

I had sent mail to BCG Investor relation 3 days back regarding an update on LoC and gentle reminder yesterday . They had not yet responded back. I request every one to send the same so that they will issue update either to exchanges or in con call like they informed about axis update y’day due to a lot many query by retail investors about it.

The company has settled with Axis Bank on the closure of the loan. Bank is working on a formal approval of the same.

@diana Horton, I agree with u…seems filling case or requesting to ED will only option be left if things didn’t improve after PW allotment. There is saying in hindi “lation k bhoot batoon se nhi mante”. We have to apply same thing if management didn’t improved CG .

Seriously am fed up of all these dirty tricks of management. Instead of thinking about business and shareholders,dnt know why mgt is involved in all these tricks . Never seen such pathetic corporate governance , selfish,ignorant management….if thing didn’t improve PW allotment. I will support for any move by retialers which bring these arrogant management in court of law . I know CEO reads all the message posted here and I want to convey him my message.
