Spot on, Logan. My thoughts, exactly. This is how SKR prefers to “line up the ducks”. He has been lining them up all these years, conference call after conference call. And all I can think is, hey, what the f(d)uck!

Dark roads ahead or light at the end of the tunnel, only time will tell.

Bitran, analysts amongst us were tracking BCG closely since a long time but no one was coming forward with questions that would make a difference. And SKR would hurriedly skim past all questions and say he has limitations about being open with the facts. He wanted to keep daum away from getting critical information for free. Now, we all observed that this time around he was more forthcoming with the details than he would normally. Part of my inference on that front, I am guessing, is that daum must have already been settled. Discussions are rife about SKR’s recent trip to NY was also to facilitate a buyer for Oak’s 7 percent stake. But the big fish won’t be entering right away (maybe at a higher price). That would work out better for Oak who is invested for the past 10 years or so. It’s a win win situation for all involved. If this turns out to be true there is no worry about dilution of equity (if buying from Oak). SKR said before end of Nov-2019, they are having another meeting with Daum. Hope Suresh comes out with some disclosure to that effect by Nov end. I am assuming that around first week of Dec a rally might be in order (hopefully). One thing if you all might have noticed is that the first caller yesterday got emotional as he was saying that an FD is giving more returns than his investment in BCG and was contemplating about selling off his holdings. I have never known SKR ever telling anyone not to sell their holdings. He said an inflection point is just around the corner. I think that was pretty nice gesture from SKR (telling the caller not to exit). So all we need to do is simply hold on to our shares. Better days are not far away.

Dividend cannot be paid until Axis debt and daum is settled in word and deed. After that dividend is sure to follow. Slowly everything is falling in place. The management now seems to be eager to solve the issues which is a positive.

@TOP GUN, I do not have clairvoyant abilities to tell you that BCG will trade at such and such level after such and such time. But the medium term lookout does look good and the valuations would probably knock the socks off, for most of us! I attended the con call but do not have a recording in my possession. Also, even if I had the recording, I am clueless as to how I could upload the audio file here. You will need to contact the admin for that. Anyways, the audio file is being shared on various WhatsApp groups started by BCG investors. With a little effort you could easily find one.

@Top Gun. If you might observe, big investors prefer not invest in companies which have low PE values. They look for PE to be 5 or above. Guys like you or me will only enter at such low levels. Maybe we hold 3, 5 or 10 lakh shares at the current price, in the hope of making it big. In other words, we have to put all our eggs in one basket, we have to go all out. Even the big investors started off the same way. But once you make money, investing is a different ball game altogether. Big investors have the capacity to buy 5, 10 lakh shares or buy 1 percent or more at the price of 150 also. But can you or me do that? It’s much safer to invest with a huge corpus when you know that a particular stock will do well. Right now, for those invested in BCG, it’s more of a risk than reward.
Now tell me, have you ever seen BCG on upper circuit, the next day after con call, in the past few years? Try to read between the lines. Listen to the latest con call a few times, if required and you will begin to get a hold of where BCG is headed for.

Good morning friends. Any updates on the con call? I am hopeful that this upcoming con call will be different from the previous ones, in a positive way (compared to the empty rhetoric, type of con calls, I mean!)

As per the information provided on screener dot in, BCG does seem to have reserves of 2908.51 crores.

Well said, 108 BG and VB 001. I had said to myself, earlier that if the price dips below 3 again, I would certainly add to my current holdings. And I consider myself lucky to have been able to do that. Like you guys mentioned there is hardly anything to lose at these price levels. I have this gut feeling that things are about to turn very exciting (soon) for all those invested in BCG.

Axis Bank loan is yet to be cleared. The management is working on it. Well, that’s what SKR said at the last AGM. And like Admin wrote above, I too feel, clearing of Axis loan is pivotal for securing the LOC.
