Yes. Edelweiss Custodial Services is proxy for some professional investor. I doubt it is a a Mutual Fund, as the MarketCap is still below their threshold. But it can definitely be a PMS investor. They do not have any such restrictions.

    Good for him/them.

It has to be a well informed investor.

Shares moved from G’s group to Edelweiss. Last quarter G’s holding was 12%, now it is 10.95 and Edelweiss 1.05%.

Good find. Tells every thing how ping poing is being played and small retail investors are being fooled and scared to sell their shares at rock bottom price.

    Good morning friends.

SKR has talked about Daum settlement , the loan closure , big 4 , pref issue , new investor , the subsidiaries , dividend policy , the market place and some more on other topic concerning BCG.

But our Billionaire in the making did not ever mentioned about

Why did he pledged his shares.

What did he do with that money.

What are the Goenkas doing here playing the shorting game .

Who are the corporate bodies which hold a sizeable chunk.

The list of top 1000 investors who have shown confidence in his venture the most.

Friends this all because he wanted your money when he started his venture and requested people to invest in it at a high price and now he wants your shares at dirt cheap price.

At that time he LOADED his TRUCK WITH ‘ CASH ‘ selling the company’s shares at a high price to retail and other funds.

He used this money for two purposes . First to build the business and secondly to HAMMER DOWN BCG with the help of Goenka and gang to petty these levels.

The MONEY HE GOT FROM PLEDGING his shares and also the ADDITIONAL MONEY EARNED THROUGH SHORTING was used to LOAD UP THE TRUCK THIS TIME WITH ‘ STOCKS ‘ WHICH WERE BROUGHT DIRT CHEAP AND PARKED IN DIFFERENT ENTITIES.

Goenkas are his dogs sent to the market to bite and collect the bones (shares) which people left due to fear of loosing further and all the RUMOUR MONGERING which went on the other board to make them lose their confidence and destroy them.

All this time though the value of the business kept on moving up when while the share price was going down.

Now this final loading with parking of new stock with his friend he is ready to roll the keys and start his overloaded truck full with stocks.

Be ready with your hooks and fasten them tightly to his truck to make a long train so we all can reach the destination along with him.

    Cheers

Whatever the pump & The dump, What really matters now is only the ig 4 audit, I repeat the markets at present does not trust the numers that seems to e a strong case, Therefore availale at this dirt price, May e the market is made to elieve that way, Why ? vested interests at play want to garner as much as possile & They have done so very successfully & Once the audited results will get declared will reflect no mismatch in numers, No one will get to enter as demand will e very high & supply very less. To sum it up classic modus operandi, Equally classic camouflage, Will put a chameleon to shame & eat it at its own game y a large margin. Understand this ecause understanding is more important then knowing. Cheers !!!

    Two scenarios.
    1.
It could all be a cock and bull story to fool investors, give them hope and keep on creaming them and the market and running the sham /scam…..
    2.
All U said could be true and revealed in a step manner by the end of May . all done.
No one able to enter or addmore.
What do U think is the possible scenario.

I stick to the this scenario. Market participants are waiting on the sidelines for the ig 4 audit to take place ecause they think numers are faricated. So a ig 4 audit report furnished will clearly indicate the right picture. As it is informed decision making is certainly right then taking an ill informed one. Cheers !!!

Does it really matter, What should matter is clearing of loans, As it is canara ank, Si loan already cleared. Axis was remaining, That also getting cleared, It means our company will ecome det free & that is a very good sign. Cheers !!!

The first roll of the dice is over. PO allotment news out…No impact on the market. The overall consensus is that Stock price will move only on Daum Settlement/Pledged share release / Audit by a big 4 firm. Also the subsidiaries of BCG are worthless for us shareholders as SKR refuses to use them to solve any of the issues, which is really strange. With the kind of reserves BCG has ideally Daum issue should have been closed long back. Unless we get the full advantage of all the subsidiaries, don’t think we are going anywhere in a hurry.

Duting and till Daum issue is over, it is not possible to so they call in accounting terms lift the skirt, means show all your numbers.
We forget that BCG USA buyer of Lycos declared BANKRUPTCY. So i think company ring fenced subsidiaries and did not transfer any thing from them to parent company and also did not r produce their audited numbers et etc etc..
So thorn in the neck is Daum.
It is very legal and very technical. I think SKR also said that we have been advised not to download the subsidiaries numbers. I thnik crying of cash crunch was also a part of the banruptcy saga. How can U not have a cash crunch when UR declaring bankruptcy in USA.
Problem is that small retail holders have suffered big losses and they have lost on time and opportunity cost too.
If numbers are real and as good as we know and all issues are sorted out as promised by SKR in the last conf call then oolala. where will BCG be by June 2020.
    Make a guess.

I think it is all Daun issue not letting the real numbers come out
and hence the real value of stock not realized in the market
