Think it is very positive devolopment. They (both the parties) might have definitely exchanged the fine prints of the said draft agreement many times between their respective lawyers, in the back drop of the main case in N.Y. Now since forwarding the draft agreement as per the last update few days back, it appears some discussion took place very recently (from today’s update) and daum had given some feed back, as seen mentioned in today’s update.
Now company may be discussing those feed back on 21-02-2020, whether it can be finally incorporated in the said draft agreement. If company agree to those feed back, we can think that final agreement will be signed shortly. What those feed back are, and how it may change any terms in the agreement etc, most probably will be known in the concall on 22-02-2020.
So let us wait for the concall on 22-02-2020. BTW, any one known the call in number details, it seems the same not yet published in company website.

Lets not jump into conclusion. But one thing for sure management is working hard to resolve issues. I hope there will be major announcement after the meeting which will make sure the conf call goes smooth on Saturday
