sometimes i do wonder if it was a good diea to settle with Daum in time rather thna drag it for years on and damage the company and destroy so much of wealth.Time and energy would have been used more constructively to deliver lot of good.
Don’t know what were the limnitations of the management and who made them go through this line of approach.
I think it was very very unwise.
Daum would have agreed some where n between on a reasonable amount i think.

Since how long you have been following this board and company.People have been talking of these 3-4 quarters for the last 5 years.I am one of them. Those 3 -4 quarters many of them came and gone. And BCG kept sinking. So were the unfulfilled words of the management. They never delivered on any timeline that they promised re any thing.

It is all very convoluted. All about as if hidden in swings and round abouts, all a maze and you are lost and cant put a finger on what is what. That too when it is not that big a corporate lke google or infy or tcs.why…so if at all

I questioned the management in writing on many issues and investments and loans was one of them asking details to whcih they did not respond.
So it raiases manuy issues if all this is above board. I dont know. I am not a corporate lawyer.

I am not sure about the accuracy of free cash flow of 123 crores/. Let us wait for the 1 H numbers.When i had a look at the balance sheet for year end March 2019 i did not see 123 crores of free cash flow.
I think it was 15 crores or so.
Dont rememeber the exact number though.

I think dear you are considering net profit as FREE cash flow.
Cash flow from operations and free cash flow are very different animals.
Free cash flow out of which dividend is going to be paid is very minimum just few crores and
that too only 15%
of it to be distributed as dividend.I questioned the company re this policy to which they gave a reply.

I asked for 1 qrtr free cash flow and i got a email response that when they present 2nd qrtr numbers they will give free cash flow numbers too for first 6 months.
Looking forward to that.
It is a public limited company and every thing should be transparent.

It has been nearly 5 months since i lodged that complaint. It has crossed many hurdles and checks to reach where it is now for the last 2 months or so.

You dont need to have any high contacts as this governement works for its citizens and no secret info is passed out or can be passed
as the department and the officer with whom it is , no one would dare approach him i think except FM OR PMO and PM.
I as a complainant can enquire its status by calling him on direct line or sending an email though. But i will wait for them to complete their work as such things can be very extensive and take lot of time.

It will be advisable though not to jump to any conclusion and make any presumptions.
Complaint has been accepted, is with top authorities now for some time who certainly cant and wont be sitting on it and very diligently doing their work.Acceptance of a complaint should not make any one to jump to any conclusion or make any presumptions.
We dont know what the initial findings are which made them take the complaint to the highest authority in India for having a further look at it and primie facie accept our complaint.
I have my views my reasons due to which i lodged a complaint and authorities accepted it and consider it worthy of having a serious look at it.
That is my opinion just from out side. It does not mean any thing in terms of any irregularities etc at THIS STAGE.Let us wait for the outcome. I do hope for the sake of all the retail long term investors that every thing is fine and above board.

It is still with the top of the top authority in India who are looking at it.
I am advised not to ask them and let them do their work as they are unlikely to tell any thing till they conclude things.
I am also told that such things are very extensive like the SCI judgement running into 1045 pages recently and requires lawyers team to examine it.
I have not received any further info either way yet.
I wish i had the letter in my hand telling that every thing is fine and i could put it here on the site for the information of every one.
Let us hope that it is not far away.
