Let naysayers post whatever they want. Now, investors are not going to listen because the main doubt or investor was if the numbers were true, which the BCG has cleared by disclosing 75% audited results of subsidiaries.
I believe the worst is past for BCG, and this is the new BCG we will be looking at.Even if any penalty or unpleasant news is imposed on BCG promoters in FA (in the worst-case scenario), the business will not be affected.
So it’s time to respond to detractors who spread misleading information.

Look at the timing of this article!! I have never seen so much hatred for a company. This article must have been written when the subsidiary’s finances were masked, and they just printed it now without even bothering to visit BCG’s website. This shows either this is a paid article or corporate rivalry, as nobody will write an article without checking the latest updates from the company side.
The writer who wrote this article was jailed for writing against Indiabulls, as the writer had written the article without checking the facts.
He has done the same with BCG; he even didn’t check the recent updates on the company website, where the company has shared audited financials of subsidiaries.

Anyway, this will boost BCG in one way or another, or in a half-baked article.
This shows someone clearly against BCG!

@Logan, what do you think will be the business outlook for FY 2023-24 For BCG, considering that there will be an election in the US?

So-called experts will vote to buy Zomato; Please keep in mind that the CG of Zomato is not that good, and the financials are out of focus. This expert will claim BCG is not a good firm. I simply want to say to this expert, go examine BCG’s financials, 75% audited, 5000 cr audited financials, and this expert will say it will go to Rs 2.
Yes, BCG has CG issues that can be solved, but what about financials and valuation?

    expert opinions:
Buy Zomato? The future is promising.

Don’t buy BCG? They don’t have any reasons to justify it apart from CG.

Guys, if you want to make money in the market, stop listening to these so-called market gurus!!

Quarter 4 results will be good for BCG. This will further strengthen the rally. If BCG closes the remaining NC’s on time as per Sebi’s requirement, this will further increase shareholder’s confidence.

If all goes fine, then 2023-2024 may be one of the best years for BCG’s shareholders.

    Hope for the best…!!!

Affle’s corporate governance may be best but look at BCG’s financial numbers. Even if say 75% of financial numbers are true, revenue comes around 5000–6000 crore. At least it should trade at a valuation of 10,000 CR until all points are clear.

SEBI has given BCG’s management a chance to clear the mess, which does not have an impact on business.

The business is doing great. The only thing now is that management should be transparent with shareholders.

@Saach, For me, especially in BCG, peak will be my greed . Once my greed gets satisfied it will be peak for me.
In technical terms it should at least reach its 80 percent of valuation when compared to its peers. It will definitely happen, but I don’t know when…!!

@Logan , Standing against the odds with facts makes boarders like Logan and twitter person like mayur different.

A huge respect from my side for Logan, standing alone and standing still.

I added 37000 shares yesterday at 3:45 pm, because at 3:42 pm, 27lakhs were purchased by operators and now there are pending orders on buying side.

my total count is 91k shares and at an average of Rs 9:30, I am long-term investor, but this time will book profits, once it reaches its peak.

    Thank you @logan.

From Monday BCG will reverse. It should go at least till 20-25 and trade there so that it stays in FTSE.The FTSE review will be in June, but it has to go to 17-18 by 18th May as said by Mayur on Twitter.

SRK and his team have an 18.49% stake, which is approximately valued at 380 crores. If the business is booming and they are making 7000 crores in revenue, then any big company that is interested can buy at 900 crores for a 51% stake. Though this may sound hypothetical until it is done.

BCG is trading at 1900 cr valuation, which is very cheap. It will be better if BCG is taken over by a big company. The pros will be that investors’ confidence will be restored in the company.

I think BCG may reverse between 9-10 price and then may hit a few UC and may remain range bound for a few months until the final review comes from Sebi.

It is clearly mentioned in the forensic audit report starting from the quarter 4 result, all subsidiaries, if not audited, should at least be reviewed by any NSE 100 company’s auditor.
So no reason will be allowed this time.

After the FA drama, BCG may now begin a fresh inning. Long-term investors will undoubtedly gain in the coming years if management learns from its mistakes and strengthens corporate governance.

Mayur spoke with facts about business as it is genuine, but so did the beatwithstreet host spoke on CG of the company.

what should be the next step for BCG to build the repo again?

I can see the only thing that can build the BCG repo is, throwing out SKR and closing the NCs as per the SEBI timeline.

Let BCG be taken over by some professional management.SKR is a fraud and should be thrown out of the company. Fraud because he lied on SHP and he lied on daum issue. What is the guarantee that next time he won’t lie?

BCG still has a bright future left, but only when professional CEO is running the company, not SKR!

Yes, I agree with @vgsatwork.SRK should be thrown out for playing with the sentiments of retailers.
We should demand new management for the betterment of the company.
SRK’s degree should be cross verified, is he really IITIAN or a scamster.
FPI, Shankar Sharma, and we the retailers should demand new management.

The investor who got shares now(pending from 5th and 6th dec)should go against sebi in court bcs the price difference comes out to be of 20 rs or nearly 50-60% down from what they should get.

Even though revenue and profit are genuine, once a culprit is always a culprit.SRK should resign and some genuine person should take over or a company Like AFFLE should take over BCG.

If SRK resigns all the negativity from the company will go out.

I have added today as well, the last one and a half years, we have seen only a downfall, which may be the beginning of an uptrend. Invest as per your risks!
