3.2 crore stocks consumed today with another 3 lakh numbers waiting at UC . Wondering what sort of game is happening . This is a clear indicator of operators game . No news from management or any official announcement yet but the volumes suggest something really big is coming up . Hardly have seen any stock move like this with such volumes without anything concrete . Time for management to wake up and reduce the free float !!!

Thanks @Logan for adding some clarity . @tanv151 has highlighted the most important aspect imo for the stock to move towards a fair price/stay stable . Integrity is of great importance – b it stock market elsewhere.

I am still not able to put the puzzle pieces together on recent actions ..

1) stock moved up in anticipation of Axis Bank loan closure after oak sell off (2 crore stocks consumed here means definitely operators play)

2) sep 22 axis nclt issue got pushed .. stock goes down for couple of days and again someone consumed min 1 crore stocks last week

3) promoter for the first time after 2016 has come out and purchased 2 lakh shares … Considering his previous buys this is a big number . Which means he is thinking positive about the future prospects ??? Shouldn’t we assume it that way or am I wrong

4) price keeps falling from very next day

5) now from today more than 1 cr sell orders placed and very less consumed . Means market is waiting for the next technical support zone which is around 4.50

6) in the mean time a new independent director is appointed with immense experience

From these i am still not able to understand what BCG is upto !! Is this a game to grab stocks or really the company is sinking or all the receivables cooked up like others crib in MC forum ???

When is the next nclt hearing in Oct ??

Yes thats exactly the point I was also thinking .

The only way out is to clear the open issues and walk the talk , to gain the confidence of investors

The other aspect which the management has to work on is to clarify the market/investors regarding the receivables (I don’t know how they can do this) but the problem I see is that it’s rational to think “if BCG has so much under receivables and opportunity in the coming years , why will OAK exit when BCG can peak within a year or two? Rather it could have extend its hold period or gone for a new agreement if it has expired (I don’t have complete details of their earlier agreement) ” . The clarity of this aspect is definitely missing now , which is another reason why it not even been able to attract many small retail investors .

I feel the downtrend must be due to following reasons

1) Until the management takes a major stake /hold of the stock (say 70%) officially there is high scope for operators to manipulate in he market which is happening now
2) There are stocks with 0 promoter or negligible holding like subex and 3infotec etc which still do good – this is because management walk the talk – this is also missing in BCG or at least the reputation in this regard has been extremely a let down factor

I am not sure if these have gone into the management book of learning from the past !!!
