Valuation in Rupees and USD may not be equal.bcg is no doubt undervalued and TTD is surely over valued. Even if we give a reasonable valuation bcg deserves a price of ₹ 300 to ₹400

Promoters can issue rights share to all . I don’t understand what is the necessity to dilute just before loc FIRST TRANCHE. its shows their tr.. col..r . Let them take as they toiled more but atleast let us hope share price increases to its intrinsic value asap

We should fight for warrants to all share holders in order to protect our stake dilution and to exercise our option to buy later in case of price increase? Are shareholders only entitled to pain alone but not any fruits. Let it be a rights issue. We will stall any initiative of the management against investors interest
