I have just filled my details just now for joining the association. As I am based in Delhi, would not be able to appear physically but I am a Chartered Accountant in practice and shall provide whatever support I can and although I have sold majority of my holdings few months back to recover cost but still hold substantial number of shares and would very much like to see glory days return for BCG

No. My dividend payout was less than 5000 TDS was not deducted last year.

I don’t understand how such a big company which has revenue in thousand of crores make statutory filings a joke.

If they don’t deposit TDS on time some investor is bound to complain to SEBI atleast if not the Income Tax department and they will once again get negative publicity. Also not depositing TDS is a serious offence as it tantamount to defalcation of government dues.

Yes the TDS is not reflecting in 26AS. Dividend payout was in the month of Oct 22 so should have been deposited by BCG in TDS return of 3rd Quarter ended on 31.12.2022.

Had it been done it would have reflected by now as last date of filing TDS return was 31st January and it takes roughly 8-10 days to get reflected in 26AS after TDS return filing

May be it will reverse maybe not. Personally, I don’t think SKR gives two hoots about whether BCG stays in FTSE or not. I have decided not to completely bungle up my already distressed portfolio by adding more of this stock.

I have held onto it since more than 10 years as once I had believed the words coming out of management’s mouth but not I will sell entire holding when SKR/operators decide to open up another round of pump and dump rally

Will be interesting to see delivery percentage at the end of the day

Huge volume on lower circuits. Looks like some big investor or funds which invested due to inclusion of BCG in various indexes exiting?

Don’t know about Shankar Sharma but I will definitely exit if and when a rally comes. I have stayed invested in this stock since 2012. I have seen it go from single digit to 70 odd rupees and then came back to single digits after daum fiasco. I increased my holdings when the stock was low because I used to believe in the management.

I used to believe things said in the Conference Calls as they were logical. But now, even when the business has improved multifold, older issues still persist and new ones keep coming to life and I am really uncertain about the future due to shareholding issue now. As I said I have remain invested with conviction but think it’s time.

Being a long term investor, there is hardly any meaning that can be derived from charts, and I know many would have noticed this, but BCG took support of 50ma on daily
