Not received dividend sofar..anybody with HDFC sec has received Dividend?? Please post..if not what can one do??

HDFC sec.. HDFC BANK AC.. NDSL.. Not received any dividend yet…let’s wait .. As others received may be disbursed in batches.. As it is ensured by DH and other genuine investors its true…

Once again the euphoria has gone and our sentiments are at bottomed out..But i share all concerns which are true and real in front of us.. We already had some long pending problems which were not seeing dawn, the management added two more additional problems..PW and Dividend which none of the investors anticipated or expected…the only good thing is stock is in sideways and taking support at 7 rs.. If result is not good, nobody can save the stock…Nobody wanted dividend ,the management announced a miniscule dividend and couldn’t distribute is too bad

I think all are interrelated..PW is required to close Axis issue. Once it is closed, the objection for raising LOC will no longer be there and LOC will come.. LOC will settle Daum issue..the overall problems will be solved..Am i right??

Continue to post positive messages friends..the analysis is positive and market sentiment is negative is the paradigm regarding BCG is concerned..It tests our patience too much..let’s not loose hope..
I always remember the story digging 9 feet and got tired for the treasure which is actually in the 10th feet..Let us dig ( wait) for the treasure..future won’t let us fall.. But the stock was not participanting in the extremely bullish market is really disgusting… I am here to reach my first target 25 at any cost.. Waiting….

I just believe the administration..I am invested here because i believe them..Whatever it is , its beyond my knowledge about the steps taken.. So i voted ” yes” for all.. Please don’t take it serious..
Wherever i invested , I always vote for the management, that’s my policy..

I really overwhelmed and thankful to CEO Mr. SKR, for his humble attitude and sincerity in meeting a small group of investors and give them due respect. Can anyone imagine non- titled investors meeting CEO of a multinational company whenever we wish. It shows the reality and truthfulness of him, I feel..just because the share is trading at 5 rs, we should not disrespect him..once again i retreate thst we have put our money in this stock by our own wish and wisdom ….

Thank you so much Rathi-b and team for the information.. Yes, you can’t the whole lot in public forum..but your words , I read again and again ,whether i could understand anything between lines is immaterial. You infused real life into us..
Whatever may be the strategy, we understand or not, we discuss in length and breath depends upon one’s knowledge, but ultimate goal is rise in trading price and value for the stock.. This energy will save my courage for next one month, till i read your message again and again..

I completely agree with optimus primus at his post#9580..
In one word.. Cheated but excited and happy..

At last the bug has come out of its box.. The share price and issues were kept under purposely..He kept everything ready for the business to ripe and wanted to grab shares. But it started raising continuously from 4 to 12. He brought down the share price by making the OAK to sell his shares.. Waited for a low price and so not to settle the daum and axis settlement…
He of course achieved the mission and from now on the shares will rise..
Now i am more confident that each and every expectations if us will be settled and the stock will find its value..
Cheated in the sense the shares will be diluted to a significant proportion
Excited in the sense, it will move and most issues will be settled..
The members may be angry with me if i say He need not give any respect to retail investors..who are we really?? Abused him, scolded him , just money minded and put our money just for our personal greed.. If share moves 5× , 50% of the retailers will sell and exit..
My aim too is to sell half of my shares if reaches 5× , and wait with rest..
Sorry, these are just my wild guess and thinking..not to harm anybody’s sentiment..
But, I hope the coming days will be bright.. Expect axis settlement before 13th and Daum subsequently..
We just need the share price to go up .. I think it will happen soon.. Do not worry about dilution and the feeling of getting cheated and all..

Dear friends,
We all must be closely following these three IT related stocks ie BCG, Subex and 3i infotech..Subex and 3i have entered into an scheme of arrangement by capital reduction..I think this has really unlocked their way to find their value..Subex has almost on the verge of implementation and the stock is literally flying..
So my question is why don’t BCG can also adpot the sane model of capital reduction by reducing FV from 2 to 1 and the following issues
1. Settling Daum and axis issue at one go
2. Reducing no of shares to half and thereby reducing floating shares
3. Simply raising the CMP to double the price hence can come out of penny category..
Which can greatly reduce price manipulation and can be a value unlocking way..
I am not an expert on this..

Thanks for the team which took pain to go and meet the management. I also appreciate Mr. SKR for the positive response though prior appointment hasn’t been fixed.. Though nothing new cameup from the meet, it gives lot of confidence for investors ..
I think better wait and watch at least for one quarter more before making any step further..
AsMr. SKR said the share price movement is not in their hand..
