@jmathew The distribution of shareholding is indeed very interesting! Let me see if I have got it correct – Investors who own more than 10k shares i.e. nominal value > 20k (for a Face value of Rs 2) own almost 90% of all shares. Assuming all of these are serious investors (a safe assumption) and would be willing to hold till a fair value is realized, I must say it augurs really well for the stock price in the future.
0sandyc316Registered BoarderOh yes! you’re correct @T9C Not sure how I missed that… and the increase I suppose can be attributed to preferential allotment.
1+sandyc316Registered BoarderInterestingly, the shareholding % for Non Resident Indians (NRI) has gone up from 1.34% to 11.2%… How should we interpret that?
1+sandyc316Registered BoarderDo we know who bought 1 crore shares today? Is there any way to check the same?
0sandyc316Registered BoarderHi tanv151
could you please post the link for the same?
0sandyc316Registered Boardersandyc316Registered BoarderTotally agree with you Bitran. I was on the call as well and what stuck me was that this was the first time when SKR ‘almost pleaded’ with someone to have patience. I too think this was a little early than he would have planned just like you said. However, a couple of quarters would still be needed to clear out everything.
