hw_tw, SKR is not going to appoint any CS or CFO, they are helping him from outside but not willing to join company so you can understand the situation here,As promised in the con call there is no revised SHP, not sure what was the purpose of creating employee Trust for acquiring shares , if you can not acquire now at this difficult time when u r going to do it? ..promoter sold 22lakh SKR dont even properly how much it is and they dont even bothered to inform to exchanges until now..now long term investors should contact Zee business and put pressure on him

I believe CS and CFO scared after sebi initiated forensic audit, CS resigned in OCT wherein he got sebi notice in September, CFO resigned after FA process is confirmed by Sebi..Sebi will put heavy fine to CS if there is a lapse in disclosure , suzlon CS had to pay 5 lakh fine for not disclosing order win..they dance to SKR tune but any more after FA initiated..SKR seems to be more worried investors panic would start if they disclose such things ,

And the response given in the conf call by Mr reddy for appointment of CS and CFO is so vague..so i believe there is no appointment of CFO or CS, its like” Daum issue closure within week” since 1 year, LOC and Nasdaq listing lol ..now also investors relation do not pick up call or reply to your email, excuse given few weeks back was high volume of call email due to bonus credit delay

@Logon man industry did not send his CFO to home during FA, even kid can understand what could be reason for sending him during FA, market wont take such things lightly,
also all know that why bonus was issued second time just for sake of Shankar sharma and he told that it was issued for retail investors benefit, so as per my understanding nothing is happening in forensic audit, I’m sure that if you open case with SEBI they will reply to that saying FA is on hold. Conference call was very vague this time, only his friends were allowed to ask question..this is just my view

@odysee i am very disappointed by the way con call was conducted today,none of issues were resolved.. all pending issues are still pending. he told again daum closure would take another 2 quarters . it appeared to be like those who will always post positive tweet are allowed to ask questions, however that was only my view i might be wrong also. In the acquisition there is buy and sell, SKR acquired shares from LLPs , how that transaction took place is a mystery, can someone throw light on it?
or those llps are originally owned by SKR himself?

guys sorry for dragging same topic, in the conference main topic would be on FA and appointment of cfo asap..as per my knowledge and experience sebi will put on hold FA process for ever if they dont get the required documents and response from CFO, i guess nothing is happening on that front without CFO (forever FA will be in progress)..what was the urgency to send cfo before FA? you can see in the case of suspended companies sebi is not revoking as they have not received required documents even after 7 years..

Share price end in LC even after blockbuster result and/ or even after announcement of 30p dividend , SKR need to understand to become global company of repute transparency and good corporate governance very important , otherwise we will be dreaming about brightcom become largecap for ever

1. if sebi investigation was only related of impairment of asset only (as told by skr in the clarification), why they are taking more than 6 months in investigation, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is so dumb to understand it?
2. until now they have not appointed CS and CFO, and audit is in progress, who is coordinating it auditor now?
I dont think share price wont appreciate if those things are clear to investors

In the list of institutional investors, happy to see INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND (IMF) also lol.i would expect some big investor like Shankar sharma invest in BCG thats why new investors presentation was prepared and published last week , nowadays its mandatory for companies to publish the presentation to retailers (via exchange) which was created to share with institutional investors as per new sebi rule..expect fireworks in BCG soon
