Untill the final agreements reaches NY court with both parties agreement the case will remain open. Now whether they have closed in court or not, we are not sure, but it can be played very smartly keeping the disclosures at minimal, Oak is getting out of equation hahaha, who cant communiate to Oak sending an email to their Spokesperson on the BCG statergy and plans to gulp their stake when things are mateirlazing for the CEO, who cant reach out to BiG 4 if the 45% is being audited and rest all is being done or not? Getting information from these entities is much easier then waiting for Suresh to come out one fine day as per his discretion to let the misery of retailers go away unless he wants otherwise.

@Bond, nicely put forward and i acknowledge your point of view at the right direction, but some people are really in desperate bonding with skr and his fake promises time and again that no voice is allowed to go beyond 9nce imagination. All these timelines, future proposals are planted to keep the genuine concenrs at bay to reach the larger retial community and get in sink and buyin from them, i noted this past 4 days how some came and started give gyan to stop the reatilers get into same mind frame.

Rest assured, things are active very much and there is no such rest to my action plan which is planned with other shareholders from hyderabad in case of a no action/non material outcomes from Suresh SKR, and timelines extended to non justification levels.

I know one simple thing all what has been said and done on PO to Muskaan and other entities/financial intermediaries doing this transaction are well monitored to the root levels and if an vague and foolish updates provided in past and this week has been documented for the right time. Well dont forget i have my 100 pages report including, notification, shps, transcripts of conf call, messages/emails, phone calls made to IR, discussion with skr in the past to use at my discretion any time when if things go out of their own control.

@Sateanna, Shoumik, agree and since most of us are sure on meeting the timelines and developments this time and in upcoming conf call something concrete will come out, further post results and investor updates which might be presented during 2 hours confcall (Hopefully) not confirmed yet, we will know if at all some time frame is committed with specific date and month for imp executable items like BiG4 Audit report for FY19-20, Legal advisors, Material information and disclosures on Duam settlement, clarity on the Dvidend policy and how much free cash flow we have so far for 9 months FY 2019-2020, Pledge shares from the loans already closed with Canara and SBI, market to price actions, Goenkas fiasco sorry on this i am not gonna accept with mere no control and they are market makers etc, Whats up with Oak drama started and news around’ they are selling soon and hence price controlled. Fair enough. Sure Agree with your points, Platinuum, we will wait untill the Conference call and decide the next course of action with a definitive assurnace from all retailers that if we still dont see any material developments and not just WIP/ In future/ very soon/by next quarter/Time to come. We want to have specific timelines. The last update with 90% of them in WIP is a big joke. Agreement is done but without an amount and legal advisor details. Just to name a very few disclosure hard to ignore and digest with information made available. However, lets out all this into rest untill upcoming Conf call.

Thanks everyone for putting forward your views which i respect and take them into consideration. Now basis my interpretation and understanding of outcome from these discussions.

I/We respectfully in no mood not to disrespect any views here or to be contrary to any views to allow time to beloved ceo. As very rightly pointed out by Lycosmaniac, Bullguru, the enigma of the issues infront of us all is to trust management, ceo for the deeds performed so far and whats coming up untill May, please let me very upfront Mid May or full May, nothing of any sort ( Audited numbers by Big 4/ Global Audit) will be out or will be shared with public for their consumtion. I have reasons to believe, and we discussed those very openly in the forum not just by me but by others as well. Yes we are bitting our own bullet, whats wrong? just cause am invested in this scrip doesnt guarantee me big returns, any promises to be fulfilled, only hopes and trust we are living in this script.

Tell me and its an open question to all, in last 10 years name a single entity, corporate, investor, Foreign Investors, Venture capitals, few others who are associated with Ybrant, aka Yrant digital, Lycos, Brightcom, are ever benefited or passed on to benefits who have invested million dollars they made to exit the company at no mercy, do i need to show records the list is huge. what makes us to be sure we are not one among them atleast combinely we are more than 20% of noisy investors making things out from him time on again and again but given a lollipop every year every quarter, am sure there are both yes or no who believes the story and who doesnt.

Well, to cut the story short, its have been decided that whoever joins me or not, i am making it up as per my action plan. we can wait untill Q3 results Feb 14th. But i am declining the Q&A on concall f9r obvious reasons stated here, cant be one sided closed ended statements as it happens all the time.

People want to buy more time, they are free to take some, have their own opinions, and can still have a valid investment decision, and i respect that, while i stay invested and being a responsible investor/civilan i know my rights, authorities, and limits to know the reality F2F, in-person and not to be baffled by sweet words. I insist on Material evidence from here on and not on vagur disclosures which makes no sense as an investor.

Whatever is the outcome, evidences of it, and feeding with information wont be made available unless and untill one takes it themself to be here present with us and show full blown majority. Be my guest in Hyderabad, and i fully support each and every one who can take pain and come with us to put the concerns forward to the right person in right way.

When i am 1 am a retailer but when am multiplied with 10, 20s 30s i amm no.longer an ordinary investor.

Decide yourself and let me know for any support, help and whatsoever you need to ensure we do it this time. Lets put an end to this ongoing 5 years journey where we are not finding the ultimate outcome.

I agree no one here is advocate and non should act one. Only due to our own self conviction we are in this stock which i believe we all are and sustaining it from past many years with absolutely no doubt of what Mr SKR and his chaps are doing without an IOTA of doubt no matter who takes biased side basis his investments at lower or higher price. But really did we/I took charge to bring this into action. Did we stop being argumentative among us and rather target the fox behind it,did we believe in other rosy stories/targets or insider info if any? did anyone of it got materialize ok ground? did we hear any sebi/ed action so far none? so we dont trust force to believe who is who here in this landscape of investing into BCG. i personally feel still we all want to rake in mollah here by making it a multibaggar for life and we want to see it coming true. The only dent to our dream is the reality behind it, who is taking the charge to uncover it for us??? Is XO, is it Shoumik?? is it BG? is it Anyoone here??? the answer is no one? why should i believe and get free wealth of knowledge from anyone, and who asked me or others to believe on other scheme of information, self disclosures are enough for one to take some action. sorry for my long post, i stopped writing from long unless people calling me traitor, theif etc, dont care as i never made anyone into loss rather who ever did mistake in past believing in me must be happy even today. Lets forgo what begon is begon. start afresh and act now its never too late and never the end of the world.

Here is the action plan:

1) Whoever want to sell or buy please assure you dont do this with anyone’s sweet/negative stories or targets. Basic ground rule forget any expert or insider feeding with u any info dont take a call for further mistakes, judge, analyze, check, validate, verify urself the truth behind any story.
2) Stop believe in becoming overnight millionaire, with skr being the producer of the film.
3) Operators/Insider/spies/Management/management friends/relatives, skr himself monoitoring everything everywhere each day try to get that beleif into ur mind before taking a dip into the sea of castle of your dreams.

4) While electronic communication is easy and instant way to out concern/news/info/alert/share the same way it d9 reverse if things before something even happen. try to keep it yourself, there are minimum 20 plus calls or whatsapp message u might b3 getting flooding with information of all the insider news/developments dont believe in them, why should you? what made you believe? who asked them and you to be informative, free ka gyan not required. cut them off.

4) Final one, if at all you got my message loud and clear land up in Hyderabad, have a good gathering, dont think much about the bucks you spent or spend on travel and hotel. More than this you spend your sleepless nights, mobile data, and brain stress of beleieving that person or not, my name is Hitesh, and i can be here with you anytime anyday, and lets all go up and show Mr SKR, the real retail investors strength. Whats the use of saying 30k shareholders when not even 20 or 30 of us do this and make it more tangible and material in nature. Lets show we are not the ones who bark on messages or forums we can get inside ur office like the villagers did for their recovery of money and ensured they made a fuss at BCG office.

We are civilians and lets behave like one so be nice and polite to anyone everyone in this journey and show the final destination to the creators of this mess.
