This time around Promoter has clearly said timelines cannot e given & If we still wants to persist then no point in doing so. It means its a waiting game & One who is willing to wait can get a platter of exotic dishes along with real Lollypop as a desert, If you wish one. Cheers !!!0February 27, 2020 at 7:25 pm #5690
That’s a good sign.
What most of us retailers are rather P off, is the stock trading at, such demeaning, less than 1 pe figures.
The PO was offered at Rs 10. In an ideal world, we would expect the stock to have traded by now to such double digit figures.
It will be reasuring for the retailers to, to see the stock price in lower double digits now.
That LL also, give the confidence to the retailers that, we can rely on this guy.Not that, we don’t want the best to happen to the stock.
Let the stock trade at a reasonable 1 pe at least NOW, whist the background actions take place.
It’s not too much of an ask,in reciprocation for the way too long wait, by the long term share holders?0February 27, 2020 at 7:29 pm #5691
@kpal… It’s a gentle expectation, that the markets react to all the good things that are happening in the background, rather than, sitting at pathetic levels.
Let the background work continue. All the retailer will be happy to support the management, for the next 3 months, in exchange for a early double digit, levels.
That’s all one would wISH for….0February 27, 2020 at 7:38 pm #5692kpal
That is why I have strongly emphasized with regards to the most (2 ) prominent factors & As when it starts to manifest, Market sentiment will change drastically & will start factoring the price in a huge way as re-rating also comes into play at the same time. At present market participants are watching from side lines as they feel uncertain & Trust me Markets do not like uncertainty even though the irony is it is full of uncertainties. Stock languishing in the range 2.30- 7.47 cannot e ruled until such time. Cheers !!!0February 27, 2020 at 7:57 pm #5695
The real Market participants are not on the sidelines…
The real MPs are the long-term share holders
The MPs that you seem to be quoting are the ones, who every one knows. They are not known as MPs rather M makers.
The real MPs ,are not on the sidelines..Yhey were made to feel exhausted, purely,by procrastination and purely and purely Supply, to suppress.0February 27, 2020 at 8:04 pm #5696
The 2 factors quoted, have been used now, as an excuse to keep the price of what has been on the blue print.
In the past,a lot of such excuses were used.. They were countless indeed
Now, an, artificial agenda has been created, for 3 months procrastination (MAYISM).
This is also in the blue print.
If, there is not an understanding or a compromise ,on the stands of the management, then, not to worry
All action plan will go ahead.
Its going to be summer.Someone has to Feel the heat.0February 27, 2020 at 8:15 pm #5697
In most and established companies, Shareholders are given adequate respect and the company works in the best interest of the share holders…
Here, share holders interest, is the least , that has been accounted for.
Blue print and Promoters interest has been accounted for at the very Best,. rather
There is nothing to Cheer about it, as like you are constantly stating cheers, as a figure of speech, in all the paragraphs written0February 27, 2020 at 8:43 pm #5694Lycosmaniac
@kpal… your theory is misconstrued
1. You tell that the market participants are on the sidelines. I don’t agree with that
2. Market participants has been nibbling steadily. One thing that can be said is, MP are exhausted.
3. The providers kitty is also adequately drained as noted from the increased quantities in the share holding pattern. There is increasing amount of participants both above 1% and many less than sub1%
4.The market participants have made to feel exhausted, purely by supply
5. The supply is organised, to keep it in the range of what you have quoted
6. Markets don’t like uncertainty is a statement that has been coined to suit the needs here.
7. The uncertainty, has been created here to suit things as needed
8. The so called invisible MP ,who are sitting on the sidelines. We all know, who they will be.. They will come and do the needful..but, are under the control of the start button press of the management0February 27, 2020 at 8:43 pm #5698kpal
We have created the artificial MAYHISM, It’s like one of our many assumptions made. We all can procrastinate as much as we want to ut the real thing is the real story & If there is a real story, That story will indeed emerge ig time. As far as retail long term investors are concerned they are not even considered in the vast expanse of the markets, Nor have the aility to make or reak the stock. Market makers are the real promoters & Mind you, If we have to read etween lines of all that you & Me know, The exit of Oak means uying y promoters cannot e ruled out as promoters holding is only 39% & Can at least take to 47% enough to change the stock price at a rapid pace. Cheers !!!0February 27, 2020 at 8:53 pm #5701Lycos_InvestorRegistered Boarder
Oh my god, are we moving towards another story of OAK exit.0February 27, 2020 at 9:05 pm #5702kpal
If you have heard the concall that is what the promoter has mentioned clearly & Emphatically. For etter understanding go through the concall details once again. Cheers !!!0February 27, 2020 at 9:26 pm #5705
The promoter didn’t mention about the promoter group purchasing the Oak quantity
Am I missing anything?
Kindly guide me through this .
This is a news to me0February 27, 2020 at 9:34 pm #5709adminKeymasterTopic Author

SO are we saying that the stock price will be between 2.4 – 5 till OAK exits(September), some one told OAK’s expiry is in september0February 27, 2020 at 9:50 pm #5713adminKeymasterTopic Author
Hi Hitesh/XO – Regarding your query to me in the post #5642
I do not know anyone personally here because from the beginning everyone has liberty to post under nick names which I have never questioned though I am not favor of it.
I respect you for that, and have never opposed to your views other than being repetitive, following which there was a temporary suspension which was revoked as promised. I also believe that views from both sides should be heard as long as it is a healthy discussion. But some go to extent of using offensive language or raise unsubstantiated allegation maligning the promoter and the company. This will no longer be permitted especially from someone whose identity is unknown.0February 27, 2020 at 10:14 pm #5714kpal
As long its a smooth exit as mentioned ny the promoter timing should not matter as such. Stock price languishing at aysmal levels cannot e ruled out either, Unless the Promoter steps in y stake raise or a 10-15% stake sale like Adani did a few weeks ago. Cheers !!!0February 27, 2020 at 10:19 pm #5716

1. Honestly speaking, what you tell is the truth reg the Long term share holders and they can never be M makers. They can never Make of break it. Accepted
2. Regarding Mayism..; Is it a Scenitific Guess or presumption or a Blue print?
3.Regarding Oak, as you say, Promoter buy can be a possibility. But, Wont it smear the name of the promoter and cause issues, especially, the stock has been kept at abyss at these levels for a specific reason? especially if its is a Primary buy.Secondary buy should not be an issue at higher price0
