Its very important at this juncture that the pledged shares comprising of 59% plus gets released, If this disclosure comes in, Then the stock will fly making new highs or the promoter has to raise his stake. The daum closure or the declaration of dividend however minuscule will also help to change the sentiment to very, very positive towards this scrip. Since pref share allotment @ 10 disclosure was the first toddler step, We can expect more disclosures. Hopefully everything should fall in line with time, If not then as Guruji 108 says Hero or Zero. Get prepared for it.

@ sateanna. All loans are cleared, Only Axis loan of 11 crs remains.It is very surprising as to how release of pledged shares not declared/disclosure in spite of Canara & State bank cleared. Normally as soon as the loan is cleared off, The lenders release the shares as well as grant a clearance letter to the company. Seems intentionally camouflaged with the intent to misguide Daum & keep the stock at the lowest point & After vested interests served in full then slowly release the disclosures one after the another & The moment that happens, Stock price hits the roof not giving any one a chance to enter at least till its present book value. Today or tomorrow or say by coming week some disclosure should come on the exchanges which will clear the air with regards to pref.shares.

Amazing play going on by the operators with BCG..this has been going on for the last 5 years and no sign of ending either…..the operators have more gas in the tank than we retailers think…SKR has lifted his hands…..retailers are exhausted unable to pump in any more money…

Good morning friends.

If you observe the last couple of ups and downs , one in april 2019 and the othere which happened recently one thing comes out and can be seen on the bse chart.

When a Bulk deal happens it is a time for trend reversal.

Recently Bulk deals happened like, 16 lacs shares on 6 dec, 78 lacs on 9 dec and 49 lacs on 13 dec which were all round the recent top.

Then near the low bulk deal of 47 lac shares happened on 10th jan which can be taken as a sign of trend reversal.

All bulk deals happening is like a play going between the goenka accounts to make it dance nicely round a pre determined curve. But these bulk deal give us what is playing in their minds.

Just a observation. One can add to what they have observed and any inferences thereof.

Like in a game of basketball the ball , here in the ball are the shares, and are being passed from one player to another with a ultimate goal to shoot a 3 pointer. And like in the game of football the ball is passed from one player to other only to be passed to a forward who shoots the ball inside the net.

Let the players play as long as they want. We in the gallery are waiting for the goal to get our money’s worth.

There are issues but Dasum is the prime that is putting pressure on the price and due to which sharks and big guys are playing it up and kicking it every where.

I have seen in a lot of scrips, Such bulk deals happening at regular intervals with price in a range,In other words its know as circular trading. Then comes the explosion taking the stock price up,up & Up. Is this the case here ?? seems to be so.The Pref.shares allotment complete along with release of pledge shares 59.40%. Daum settlement in all respects within time frame can catapult the stock to glorious heights. Till then expect it to be in a range.

“if” 108bullguru, we dont know whats the reality is.. if SKR is a crook or just a joker.. all we know is he is not a man of his word.. he just says things… lets hope daum settlement happens before we lose patience… but a game seems to have been set by the operators..
