OnoMagic – our managed publisher division – is a managed solution for publishers to improve monetization & ROI in the programmatic world. It takes the headache of managing complex technologies away from publishers so they focus on creating great content.https://t.co/n4tZHLVDaj pic.twitter.com/3ZwfXKxg9B

This is not about my reluctance to accept the criticism but am skeptical that there is some agenda by some boarders(who may be from mmb) to disrupt the meaningful discussions happening here. Bitran brought a very good point and logicalspeak interfered to ruin it and being aggressive towards Saul which is not an accepted behavior. Henceforth, both @T9C and @logicalspeak have been blocked.
@T9C – I think you are not aware that launch of b-local product was announced in the month of March itself on social media & their website and we have discussed about it here #post-6026
If you cannot share any information, please do not try to push something baseless. I already see that yourself and @logicalspeak are trying to make this another mmb forum.
Proud to share our new B-Local exchange! Offering advertisers an alternative to the “faceless masses” of a broad #programmatic approach by re-incorporating brands into the community. Learn more, join us: https://t.co/HZkPN7V6gk pic.twitter.com/1jkn0kZ9d5

@logicalspeak – you are again coming with same stuff in spite of agreeing not to repeat. Share supporting facts when you put forward some serious allegation. You are creating a atmosphere which is disruptive and against the forum guidelines. Please see that you do not repeat it.
2+@Logicalspeak – The article is not something new but it is coming from a authentic source which validates that the issue of receivables and net cash flow is industry wide problem and not something specific to BCG. Apart from that the article also has many things which corroborate what Saul has shared before. Let us appreciate him for sharing all knowledge with us.
4+Programmatic’s Slow Payment Problem Puts A Strain On The Industry
“There’s a significant cash flow problem that comes to ad tech intermediaries. That’s why you have heavy working capital needs in the industry.”

So here is the answer to why #bcg #brightcom group ltd. has net cash flow issues. it is an issue industry wide, read below as adexchanger article briefs, https://t.co/gUIN2c4bdm

Hi @PBB – Brightcom is not a company but a brand managed by Online Media Solutions Ltd. Israel, which is a subsidiary of Brightcom Group (100% ownership). OMS was acquired by Brightcom Group in 2008 for $13 M. Please check the investor presentation for more details , mainly the Company Timeline & Company Structure slide.
In the Brightcom site please also check the privacy page to see the subsidiary name.
Please do not believe folks on MMB 🙂
@logicalspeak – Thanks for understanding. I am not against discussion as such but at some point I do have to intervene.
This forum is also visited by new investors as well who may not be acquainted with BCG. I wish they take time to understand Brightcom and do not get carried away by the the discussions by senior members. Have to see that it goes in a balanced manner. Long term investors should be aware that at the end we are responsible on how the market sentiments is generated.
Hi @logicalspeak – If there is any such doubt please request you to have a zoom call with the management or even better pay a visit to their office. You can then share the outcome here for everyone’s benefit. Discussing such matter here will not do any good other than raising anxiety among others . I request everyone to use the forum for knowledge sharing on the business aspects rather than speculating things. I agree discussions are necessary but only when there is some important events to be discussed.

4+Thanks @odysee for really speaking my mind.
I do intervene whenever there is imbalance in the forum. Some may see it like I am not allowing criticism, accuse that that this forum is run by management, admin is ruling, etc. It is not like that. There is a way how you present your thoughts, respect and learn from each other. I am also an investor and optimistic about this company. I am equally impacted by the market sentiments but have an additional responsibility to see through the daily activities here is happening in a balanced manner.
Welcome @Logicalspeak, remember you well.
@dileepvn – Agree with you. We should not stop posting in MMB on thinking that one is getting information from other mediums. It will help new investors to get the true state.2+@pranil – Understand that you are not convinced even after Saul has tried to put in many ways. Your concern is whether LOC amount investment would give superior returns, and about other issues Axis, Daum, LOC etc you said you are sure that it will be resolved anyway. I think your particular concern can be discussed when the LOC is sanctioned. Otherwise you may directly raise this with management or pay a visit to their office.
Request you to please heed to what I say. My intention is to make this forum a knowledge hub which will be benefiting all prospective investors.
As I said, right now investors are looking for other issues to be solved. We have new investors visiting this forum and I do not want the discussion getting deflected.
0@pranil – The final list of questions I had collated was shared here before emailing to the company. Regarding your query of flat growth for last few years was very well explained by Saul here many times and LOC is the way we know that. Has not the revenues and bottom line not doubled since 2014 despite revenues from Lycos not being considered now? If you still think it is very important you can ask the management directly and share you response here.
Please look to add information which will be value addition to the forum as @aindia is doing. There is no point in having unending debates and discussion.
Investors are looking forward to having the current issues getting solved. We have many new investors coming to the forum. I do not want that the forum is used to discuss the only critical thing which will be personally beneficial for you out of all the things you want to know for your investment.
0Hi @pranil – Please do not copy the entire content of someone’s post when you reply, use the post# instead. Criticism is alright but see that you do not repeat the same things over and gain. Also it will be helpful if you suggest some solutions if you have in mind so that the discussion is more meaningful and everyone stands to gain out of it.
0Thanks @dileepvn for raising this important subject. I was fed up with this and made a decision to start this forum. Though it has helped long time investors to share information but the new investors are unfortunate. Lets discuss what can be done,
- promoting this forum
- reporting to MMB support
- requesting network18/moneycontrol in their twitter
