EGM call gives me an impression that there are two acquisitions in pipeline. One is for the India based Digital Advertising company, to which LoI was given already. I guess Mr.Suresh didn’t answer Mr.Mayur’s query directly on what is the recent EBITA and revenue of the acquiring Indian company 🙂

And another one was for audio advertising company from US, which he mentioned is in discussion and currently in NY for the same. Debt Free, Bonus, PW shares lock-in period of 12 months – so no immediate increase of shares in market (someone please correct me if I’m wrong), One confirmed India based company (c.1200 employees) acquisition and another audio advertising company acquisition on cards! Future looks definitely good than what is used to look 5-6 years back and no point in discussing about company’s past repeatedly. I also believe we should always continue asking Mr.Suresh on bringing some big stable investors on table as well !! Else it will be difficult going forward when price increases and having few players holding big chunk can do much damage to share price in my view

Does anyone follow the way how price was suppressed today? For every buy orders, someone kept a sell order at lower prices – to make sure price doesn’t cross a certain limit. Normal investor would put the sell order at higher price, when price increases, to sell at a higher price. It was totally opposite here. It will only be possible by someone having a huge quantity of shares with them. Management should have to do something on this, else it is going to be a nuisance always. I thought these guys and their families were already dead due to Corona, really irritating to see them still lingering around in different ids – one id to delete messages always hbhullls and another to create panic basuragini. These guys cannot operate without someone holding huge quantity backing up!

All it takes is, someone with big pockets to buy 10L shares at one go in LC – comes around circa Rs.5Crs. Then all the sell order would vanish and reverse back to UC. It was 2 or 3 such orders which resulted in LC couple of days before.

Good to know that only one retail investor booked profit yesterday.Nothing wrong in profit booking. Rest of the story for this script still holds as such. And it will reverse quickly with much bigger parties i.e, FPIs recently entries via PW

Lot of speculations and burstouts. I’m only interested, if this move will result in increase in share price? That’s all I need and why I invested in BCG in first place or in any other shares for that matter! Not worried about other ethical/ unethical things!

More than the current status of Daum, Axis, Loc – question should be that we as investors have been hearing these updates on multiple con calls that we are very close in finalising/closing them. Why these issues are still being dragged? Are there any real issues in solving them that the investor community is not aware of ?

Logan, I knew you are not SRK. I only meant it as a joke. People can be so silly sometimes, that they will even say Trump or Mr.Modi will come in disguise to MMB/this forum.

Like it or not, one quality which I’d observed with BCG CEO is, he never missed/stopped a single conference call in the past 5+ years, atleast since I started my investment here. Never see that so much in market with many companies.

Even when there were bigger issues with lot of uncertainties in the past, he never stopped meeting investors. Whether investors were convinced with his explanations or not is a different thing. But he continued it and still doing it!!

Many thanks for your responses. I do agree we should ignore them and I had mostly stopped posting anything in BCG forum in MMB as it will be deleted anyway. Some could say/think that information shared in MMB will not have any impact to share price. But my view is that, except for big pocket investors, it will have a significant impact on any new investors – as we have seen in the past several years. Thanks to admin whoever he/she is for creating this platform to share key information, else I guess we would probably be dommed for another couple of years. At least till the time, we have any big MF/institutional player invest in BCG – I’m well aware of the fact of when/how MF/big institutional player entry will happen esp, when we are less than or only around 500 Cr Market Captial and few other legal things around the corner. Sorry for a big post, can we really not do anything about those AHs ( apologies again ) deleting messages. I’m more senior than their ids, but they still delete mine and I cant do the same! My point is, I don’t want to delete their messages but want to stop them from deleting only positive messages. Let both be there and let the investors decide. I’d never seen such behavior in any other forums i.e. deleting only positive messages and having only the abusive/negative/non-sense stuff stay in board. Glad we have this platform

One query that I often think on and off is how do couple of ids there I’m MMB, have access to delete messages, whereas none of us does not seem to have the same privileges. Agree it’s totally out of topic, apologies but can’t help posting this question

I guess given the time constraint, no one in concall asked the question about taxes pending that was called out in annual report. It may be a minor thing and could have been paid already. However, clarifying these small things to exchanges/shareholders will have good impact on market sentiments
