Two weeks back BCG announced they would consider dividend… Now bonus…. Rights…. And ofcourse LOC approval… Aquisition…. Too many good news scare me from a company that struggled so much to pay nominal dividend, clear loans, have pledged shares and on going daun disputes. I am heavily invested in this and I am taking all news with pinch of…..err… Bucket of salt. Waiting…😃
10+radhutheoptimistRegistered Boarder#11674…. Please ignore. Looks like it is a general disclosure at BSE by all companies
4+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderThere is a disclosure at BSE today by BCG stating that they don’t meet the criteria prescribed for Large Corporate as per some SEBI circular. Basically my understanding about the circular is you need to provide details of borrowings and BCG says we don’t have to as we don’t have any debt right now. For me it appears that before getting LOC you need to get clearance from SEBI if there is any existing borrowings. That’s why BCG issued a crisp statement to BSE which doesn’t mean anything to anyone. If you go through what is the SEBI circular you may understand. This is what I understood right now…. and I might be stupid to assume something 😆.
4+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderIMO Any price sensitive information need to be informed to BSE immediately. Payments to axis Bank is a price sensitive information. Any large trades made today may be considered as insider trading. Everytime they seem to be goofing in such matters. 😯😯😯
6+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderEverything I heard appears very positive. SKR was very confident and promising. The only negative point I assume was regarding international firm audit of subsidiaries. What I understood was that they had audit by international firm last year but that is not the case for the current year which I consider as a negative point. I could be wrong in my assumption. However, till last week I was considering to exit out of this stock. But now I am determined to keep it for long as I see a bright… Very bright future.
radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderWow… Kudos to each of you. You must have done good research to come out with such valid questions. Hope management takes this in right perspective and introspect. No where else they would get this kind of free service. I am sure this forum is monitored by the top management. They are all brilliant minds… Let’s hope they ask those questions to themselves to act upon. These shouldn’t end with just an hour con call talks.
I am sure they would like the idea of Retail investor representation in the board.
radhutheoptimistRegistered Boarder– regarding loan, dividend and warrants I know everyone will be interested
– I want to know what happened to all those net profit generated all these years.
– I would be more interested in knowing why the parent company performance is not up to the mark while subs are doing good.
– I am also interested in knowing more about their software development Division activities
– who is their nearest competitor
– plans for improvisation of investor relation. If this forum can send the questions in advance to them to prepare them to answer in detail. Let them be specific with dates rather answering with words like ‘soon… Shortly… Near future….within days/weeks’
radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderThey are very consistent in confusing the retail investors who depend only on press release and BSE announcement. They announced dividend and not many including me got a penny. When the market receives the result with positive note the loan confusion came in. Looking at these I am sure many retailers will dump and run the moment they see a small rise in the price and never turn back. This is exactly they want to happen. If that is the motto then they are playing the game very well for their benefit… But very cunning. If not whole thing looks very childish.
9+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderVery unprofessional way of handling things. There was no need for them to post a press release before court hearings. Now this subsequent clarifications… Looks like company secretary requires lot of training first. Let those technocrats hand over the day to day running of the company to some better guys. Let them go back to their coding which they are good at…
9+radhutheoptimistRegistered Boarder…..The company has settled with Axis Bank on the closure of the loan. Bank is working on a formal approval of the same…..
This is what stated in bse notification. Can they get away from SEBI action if the loan is not actually settled? If it is so there was no need for the promotors to state it in the press release as the case is anyway in the court. Retailers who blindly believe the news will take a beat.
Looking at the market reaction today it looks like not much development in this. Hmmm…
4+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderWhy the market is not reacting more positively to the good news. Something doesn’t seem right. Please share your thoughts.
2+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderAs long as promotors are not transparent of their activities they don’t deserve any respect. If someone says they received personal message to clarify certain issues we retail investors need to take it with pinch of salt. It may not be the fault of the person who posted the clarification but it could be some other game played by the management. I still trust the books of BCG as I feel it is not easy to fool the authoroties so blatantly for such a long time. But kind of fed up with the on going game in the market. Hope this ends soon.
6+radhutheoptimistRegistered BoarderRegarding digital ad… I can share my personal experience. I bought a watch recently only because I saw the ad while browsing. Some of my few products too I wouldn’t have bought had I not seen the ad. How many of us watch TV ads? We change channel… The moment we see the ad right. But still companies spend billions for TV ads. Same logic applies to digital. Digital ads reach much more specific audience…. So digital ad budget will always grow. This is my personal view.
