Not sure if anyone has noticed the below.
The background picture used in the investor update dated 29 January 2020 (https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachHis/db196145-e5b5-49cf-9b40-cf3c9977f737.pdf) and the background picture of oridian website (https://www.oridian.com/) is same.
Does it make any sense?

Priya prakash who has about 2 crore share, 20 lac Ishan Prakash already holds plus 76 lac they (Kishan Prakash and Ishan Prakash) will get in this preferential offer.
So, in total they will have 2.90 crore together (I guess considering they are one family).

I thought the same and kept myself invested in this.

Main points touched me are,
(1) They invested big money in acquisitions of many companies before listing as Ybrant on BSE.
(2) They have put lots of money in latest developments (AI, machine learning, new technology in ad-tech, display).
(3) Launch of new brand – Brightcom to avoid litigation of Daum with the name Lycos.
(4) After launch of new brand “Brightcom, they put major business activities into one single name “Brightcom”, so Daum issue can be handled easily.

That document (postal ballot) can be out in few days as voting will start from 7 January.
Company name change (from Lycos to BCG) ballot was published about 10 days before voting started.
So, I hope ballot for preferential allotment might be published by this weekend or early next week.
