@Logan, I have noticed that this is the first time (after 2013-14) they have mentioned Jacob Nizri and Brad Cohen’s names in management team.
I have checked previous 4-5 years annual report in which they were not mentioning their names.
Last one, they mentioned their name in 2013-14 report.

I agree with Logan sir, time will come (hopefully within couple of years) when institutions will be buying BCG above 100 (although even retail investors are afraid to buy it at current level).

It is after 4 years Suresh Reddy has purchased the stock.
Earlier in March 2016, he purchased 300k shares in total at about rupees 19-20.
SKR’s 1st market purchase was for 200k shares on 16/03/2016, this was on a day when Ybrant Media Acquisition filed a chapter 11 protection in USA.
Eagerly waiting for Dear Logan’s feedback on this promoter’s purchase.

I think first 2 lines are more important to understand a lot.

• Given that there is a global change in the way businesses are operating due to the COVID pandemic and our future plans for the coming fiscal year in this
environment, Brightcom Group decided to test its assets for Impairment.
• The company decided to take a look, as a prudent measure, at all its assets across its subsidiaries in this context.

Today’s bulk deals on NSE.
ALPHA LEON ENTERPRISES LLP bought 2500001 @ 9.05.
ALPHA LEON ENTERPRISES LLP sold (just) 1 @ 9.95.
They could have sold all today and made good profit. But they did not.
Does it mean they will hold for long?

It was decided (by stock exchanges) to move this from B group to T group on 01 June 2020.
And we have see that there was no impact of demand (& price shoot) on 02 June and 03 June.
So in terms of price, I think there won’t be any impact.
But I guess there will be low volume from tomorrow and 100% delivery as it will be compulsory to take delivery from tomorrow (no buy today, sell tomorrow will be allowed now).

True excitement will come when company will officially announce a daum closure or consolidation of foreign subsidiaries into 1 US company or BDO global audit report done.
Let’s hope that time is not far.
