Dear Friends,
Mr.SS has paid the balance 75% against the warrants and converted to equity as per recent notification to BSE.

Agree with the views of the valuebuyer001, because the warrant issue is not a sudden idea to be popped out. They would have worked out all the outcomes before coming up with such a large issue which is 68% of the current equity. The axis NCLT is postponed to jan’21 keeping in view of the resolution if negative to control the price. This is just my assumption and the boarders can share their views.

@odysee it is not possible to upload the link in the MC as the entire team is completely deleting the messages. If they hide the message by posting numerous useless messages, it is different, but they are completely deleting the messages without any trace. I think the naysayers are aware of all the developments, that is the reason they don’t want let others to be aware.
