I am neither here to tell here any one to exit or enter nor to be told about it.
We just share information as it is and may be our feelings about the whole saga and
let people decide what they want to do as
we are all adults.
I have put a compaint with PMO and i will wait for that to reach its conclusion.
Most are in because they find the loss too big to take and are happy to risk remaining 5% or so of their capital that is left here in BCG.
That also is the reason only few have increased holdings and averaged down as most did not have the resources to average down or dont have the confidence or trust ….in whatever U want to think about…..

Get some more BCG on the cheap. Hold the DAUM NEWS TILL
you fill your pockets with the diamonds at a discount.
When deal done ,announce Daum deal and pay Daum pea nuts.
BCG stock takes a vertical up move.
Operators and management laughs all the way to the bank.
So does the big guy who is going to enter now.
It is a differnet story now investors.
Plot is unfolding as expected.
No need to worry of a 5% dillution if AT ALL IN MY VIEWS.
Buying as much as i can .
Will check the price May 2020 end and then Nov 2020 end.
Expecting fair price discovery by that time of this hidden

why last year also no dividend a token one was paid.
Will it be wise to pay a dividend when one sub of BCG in bankruptcy.
No.
Then U cant justify chapter 11.
Now all loans cleared.
Daum sorted and sealed and paid.
Watch out AFFLE,
BCG is coming to challenge you in every way on the bourses.
Dont worry that issued stock of BCG is higher than AFFLE.
Rememeber BCG also has 10 times more revebnue than AFFLE.
What matters is EPS in the end and growth rate and margins etc etc and of course future which is reflected in growth rate.

Thanks BG for the good news. Looks like both issues Daum & pref issue settled in one shot . Hopefully the issue will be at a good price befitting of BCG’s future stature. Ideally the issue should have a lock in period too.

We just need to see action on
few more things like
Daum,loc,all loans paid,
a big buyer with a big international
name coming in,
Big four doing the books and being appointed as statutory /full time auditors.
Add to this a decent year for financial year ending March 2020.
Most IT companies are paying 30-40% of EPS as dividend.
You can expect continuous UCS till fair market price is achieved if and when all these things fall in place.
It will be wise not to prejudge the nature and terms of preferntl..issue. There are many ways to skin a cat and a stock issue can have so many angles/facotrs to make a difference.
BCG is going to be a hero.

Congratulations on your wise decision.
I think the process will be fast and furious.
It will be individual specific and or institution/body specifi as per the announcement to the exchanges.
Price will and should be way way higher than current market price as BV id now near 70 rupee.
Otherwise exchanges may not approve it if it is not fair.
If the y try buying 20 million shares from the market today, price will shoot to 50 plus.
Think about it.

so both can and should be clubbed together.
Time to take away each and evry available share from the operator and sleep over them for few years to make a killing.

1400 CRORES went into investment activiuty post operating cash flow OVER LAST 5 YEARS which was massive
and stock fell from 150 area to below 3 rupee.
where has the money gone.
stock should have gone from 150 to 2000 plus.
some serious questions here.

Looks like that.
There was volume initially in UC days before as
SHARKS were squaring up.
Thye realised thay are loosing some stock there too.
They may have squared up as much as they could too.
So i think volume now will be less now even in the UCS
and we will get a dry run up
on low volume.Any one who thinks it will stop at ten or thinkingof getting out is out of his /her mind in my views when stock has just started moving and one gets out after suffering for 5 long years and missing out on so so many great opportunities.
