Preferential allotment to close friends is never given much value.. it is always very easier to get some close friends to invest, than any institutions..

On regular updates, BG is very lame, SKR said lots of things in the concall but did not followthrough on any one.. he said some part of loan is already paid, then why are they not getting those shares unpledged…

for stock to break its resistances, like 7.47 in BCG case, it would need news/story buildup support.. hope this PE names gives the needed support and momentum to take out 7.5.. I am hoping now the stock will hover between 7.5 to 10…. next trigger would be news of release of pledge shares ..which could take it to 15 levels.. Daum settlement would be the game changer along with Consolidation of subsidiaries and submission of the report by EY, if they are able to submit this report by EY

Digging deeper .. checked the shareholding on Unichem
Supriya Prakash Mody is another person and not Priya Prakash, just similar names were shown on trendlyne..

Unichem has other shareholders from family of Supriya Prakash Mody and they all have “Mody” Surname
Dr. Prakash Amrut Mody
Anita Prakash Mody
Suparna Prakash Mody

So I think our Priya Prakash is not the same person as Supriya Prakesh Rane or Supriya Prakash Mody

Looks like these listing are created manually by public, how can there be 2 listings for the same person ( if they are same .. confused)

and on ABM Knowledgeware’s shareholding, name is Supriya Prakash Rane, I cannot see how someone can change names on Legal documents like Share ownership, You can still skip First name or second name, but not change spelling as Supriya becoming Priya..
Names would be coming from the PAN card and Supriya cannot become Priya..

Can it be?

Also We know seems to have 2 more investors with Prakash surname – but Supriya Prakash Rane ‘s surname is Rane. If he was to change Supriya to Priya, then it should be Priya Rane…hmmm

Anyone can say anything, one person in Rcom board used to say he knows Anil Ambani and when Rcom crashed, he fled…so some people with vested interests have motives to keep people not sell stocks and create a fake sense of confidence in the prospects.. I am not saying everyone would be a fraud, but unless we are for sure, how can we believe just anyone.
