Yes @Nikhilraj Mr. SKR should learn from Mr. Adani. The time has come to collectively convince SKR about how to value retail investors.
7+akkithegrtRegistered Boarder@ved I agree with you; this is good for the long term. Last time someone asked SKR about audited subsidaries results, he told them that due to a Daum issue, he could not share audited results. Even if he shares, it will be only after the Daum issue is resolved. So to stop the free fall, at least a buyback would give some confidence.
akkithegrtRegistered BoarderI agree with @radhutheoptimist and @brightspot. We should collectively try to convince management of a 100 cr buyback, which will increase their stake at least by 2 percent at the current valuation. The time has come to stop the free fall of stock, which is without reason.
15+akkithegrtRegistered BoarderShankar Sharma’s and FPI’s warrants will be converted into equity on April 19th. We may witness a fake rally in April where these investors might exit.
What do other’s think?
Will Shankar Sharma exit in April?9+akkithegrtRegistered BoarderThanks @odysee, We know that subsidiaries’ results are audited, but they should be made public. If the audited subsidiaries’ results are not made public, how can investors trust BCG?
Please understand that if more than 90 percent of revenue and profit are coming from subsidiaries, then it is mandatory to make those subsidiaries’ audited results public.
Unless and until audited subsidiaries result are not made public or forensic audit results don’t come, market won’t value the company.
SKR should start taking shareholders’ concerns seriously.
I have no doubts about BCG’s growth over the next five years, but I am concerned about the value BCG will create for its shareholders over the next five years.akkithegrtRegistered BoarderThis time one question to the company.
Company is trading at 5000 crore valuation and the revenue will be some odd 7000 cr plus.
What will management do to reduce the free flow of stocks in market?
What if forensic report comes after 3 years? What is the plan B company is having to boost investor sentiments?
When will all subsidaries be audited? If anyone gets chance pls ask this questions
3+akkithegrtRegistered BoarderMr Rathi,
Please ask the CEO to conduct an audit of each subsidiary. This is one of the main reasons why investors are hesitant. Because subsidiaries generate the majority of revenue, an audit of each financial statement is required.
When implemented, this will have a significant positive impact on investors.
If audited results of subsidiaries are displayed, even if FA is partially positive, there will be no effect on share prices.akkithegrtRegistered BoarderHigh-growth stocks, such as BCG, whose stock price has risen from 5 to 200 in a year, will experience consolidation for 1 to 1.5 years.
Next fiscal year (2023-2024) will be critical, and I believe BCG’s will continue to grow, with revenue of 10000-11000 crore and PAT of2000- 2200 crore, and revenue of 13000-15000 crore by 2024-2025.
Now, BCG is in the process of consolidating, and its valuation ranges between 6500 and 7500 crore on a revenue of 7000 crore (by march 2023).
Also, Mr Peshwa believes it should be traded at 30-40 PE, similar to other adtech companies.
Imagine what valuation BCG will have when it has 13000-15000 crores in revenue; yes, many issues will be resolved until then, such as FA and CG.
Lets hope for Best!akkithegrtRegistered BoarderNow SKR should take a few decisions as quickly as possible, like the daum issue closure and audio acquisition.
If a buyback is not possible, then the company should bring in another big investor like Shankar Sharma, which will retain investor confidence.8+akkithegrtRegistered BoarderThanks logan for your valuable feedbacks.
I have just seen this video.Guys go through this BCG latest u tube video a valid information shared by this person.especially on forensic audit it can take 6 years for audit verdict to come.(not necessary in all case but this can be the condn)share the link to max people,so that everyone gets to know about the timeline of forensic audit.
akkithegrtRegistered BoarderWe know that there is a lot of negativity floating around the surface of BCG ,but don’t forget that BCG is now in the A category. In addition to that, BCG has a 20 percent circuit(20 percent circuit was a must,as our stock is trading daily rather than upper and lower circuits, and many large players may enter as well due to the above factor). We all know that once BCG starts its uptrend journey, there will be no looking back. A lot of positive development is happening around BCG.
But, our company’s corporate governance needs to improve, as this is the root cause of all our problems. The company should credit dividends this month. This can show that the company is serious about its stakeholders. Next is the DAUM issue, which needs to be closed by the end of the quarter. Audio acquisition should be completed at the earliest. Now the company should act on these issues rather than just discuss them. It should complete the action. This will increase the confidence of shareholders in the company.
The company should go for a small buyback plan every year, as this will instil a lot of confidence in long-term shareholders.Lets hope for best
Happy and prosperous Diwali to everyone. Hopefully, the upcoming years will be wealth-creating for all BCG investors.
akkithegrtRegistered Boardercan anyone share AGM details..
5+akkithegrtRegistered Boarderwatch this you tube channel, the channel has done nice analysis on BCG.
DO CHECK OUT.12+akkithegrtRegistered BoarderGuys we have to see the pattern of buying and selling. After going through ,we get to know hat FII’S are the buyer and retailers are sellers and traders are the one who are buying the remaining float and dumping at lower circuit to take the price down.Very soon reversal will be on cards.
Next things i respect all you senior boarders, but according to me SKR is closing step by step all points, whay aren’t mutual funds and FII’S ain’t buying, now see the major buyer are the institutions.
Next point if FA IS GOING ON AND FII’S are buying, this means FII’S OR MUTUAL FUND know the complete picture of BCG,be it FA or be it the financials.
Regarding SHP please don’t judge now,the picture will be clear very soon.
Guys before blaming understand one thing,SKR has bought almost 100 plUs institutions, and after that also are we saying that ,because CS and CFO aren’t hired,FA will have negative findings (as SKR is delaying things),the answer according can be decoded by FII’S buying.
If 100 plus institution have bought that means they know that there is nothing in FA.
And for those who thing that FII’S ARE BUYING BECAUSE SKR is showing some cooked financials, are absolutely speaking rubbish.
Are 100 plus FII’S not doing their homework before buying,or hey buying just because SKR is saying to buy.Its upto us how to decode things.
My perspective is that SKR is moving in right direction by increasing FII’s stake and decreasing retailers stake.its ,Just that we have to give him time.
GUYS IT BECAUSE OF THIS ORUM I BOUGHT BCG THAT TOO IN HUGE QTY AND WILL NOT SELL ATLEAST TILL 2025
akkithegrtRegistered Boardersee from 2010 there have been some rules through off market as well,I think following should be noted-
1)If promoters have sold through off market they would need big investor to purchase it,we are talking about 18 crore shares .The big investors who are purchasing share worth say at 100 are about 1800 crore transactions. I don’t think this is possible.
2)Say in worst condition if promoters have done so,it is mandatory to inform exchanges.
3)It would have better for promoters to sell in open market as the shares would have been easily absorbed due to demand.Off market is definitely ruled out..!
