Thanks Logan Sir for your as usual prompt reply which always make a lot of sense to me. Ci Sir, In his earlier post he has mentioned At some point in time, they will work on ADR for Nasdaq listing. My take is it will happen in the near future say 1 to 2 yrs down the line. What is your take on it. Would earnestly like to know from your end.

One can take a look @ Welspun Specialty Solutions Cmp 15.67. Outstanding results declared on 18.06.2021. QOQ Revenue 28Crs, NP @ 132Crs having a present market cap of 832 Crs.Yoy loss of 81 lakhs turning into Np of Rs 94 lakhs for year end Mar21. Intrinsic Fair value is Rs 25. Huge jump in QOQ Eps from (0.76) to 2.51 & YOY from (1.99) to 1.78.Promoter Holding 53.55 having 40% shares pledged. As per results declared it should start going upwards from hereon. A turn around story for sure in the pipeline.

What I meant was that the scrip is a MSME. Its overdue & Will migrate to NSE Main platform wherein one will see volumes coming. Whereas what is happening right now is you have to compulsory go in for lot size of 3000. Forthcoming quarter results on June 30Th will change the game. As much as i know this is a excellent scrip from the Health Sector & Whatever i could gather, I have mentioned in one of my earlier posts. Lets wait for the outcome of the upcoming results. Second at this juncture its very important that it migrates to the main Nse platform from NSE (MSME). Also would like to add that whatever the plans, expansion of the company, We have to wait for the latest Annual report to discuss further. Till then we should wait.

Also make a note MHHL has a very low float as well as dirt cheap valuation. Marquee investor Mukul Agrawal hold 7.78% comprising of 14,19,000 shares. My strong view the day it gets listed on the regular Nse Platform, Which is very near, I do not think any one will get a chance to enter. It will rock 100%

Vikas Proppant results declared, Top line improvement on QOQ as well as YOY But bottom line in a bottomless pit. Highlight is total change in Management, Totally Professionals on board effective date 23rd June 21. One of them is Subhash Chander Goyal an Electrical Engineer from BITS Pilani. A key point to note is that the company is DEBT Free. With the present development I think stock price will certainly remain STABLE here onward’s. If the new management puts its act together then sky is the limit for this stock as the scrip is into niche segment of Manufacture of Proppants.
