@ Adminji, Pls note, Last time the Flipper Alpha leon did it on June 28Th & Disclosure followed suit, This time around no disclosure on the respective exchanges, Therefore the conclusion, What I intend to say was How Smart money makes a move & In one of the earlier posts Mr Aneel Had mentioned 76 Lakhs shares holding, So I took it an example. Further would request as to not to disclose the holdings, What is the need, Has anyone asked, No, Then Why ???

@ Piedpiper, That means again He enters at 35-40 lvls with the same amount comes to around 85 to 90 lac shares, On top of it 4:1 on 100 to 105 shares comes to around total holding 1,26,25000 shares. Plus 0.05 paise dividend on it. That Means Mr Anil has nailed it huge. Wow.It requires great skills, Conviction & Precision & courage to do it. Hats off to you Anilji. Also 3 Cheers!!!

@ Piedpiper, It works out to 394 shares as per your equation. I.e.5843800/14826 shares,
Whereas if you look into money control for deals, At 9.15 A.M. 4 deals happened comprising 50 las plus shares Whereas 8 lac pus shares among others, Therefore the deduction that Mr Anil sold 50 plus lac shares approx.

In this forum, He had once informed that he is holding 76 Lakh shares & The one who is holding a large chunk knows more then we all put together, Therefore it is known As Smart Money. The concerned guy has got nothing to loose as he has sold at the peak & Again will enter as he does not want to loose the 4:1 ratio & yesterday there were only 4 huge transactions only.I think he is Anil from our forum.

It seems yesterdays selling is from a retail investor having a chunk of 76 Lakh shares,has sold 3/4 of the quantity & will again re-enter. Smart Money moving out to come in again more or less at 40 odd levels. I think he is from our forum. In the mean time count down has started. D day Aug 5th will disclose all & Sundry. Wait for it. @Logan Sir, With all the latest developments, Sky is indeed the limit for this stock. In one of my earlier posts, I had mentioned that, Retailers will not enter when it is within their grasp. They will now run after this stock up till 150. Only a few will get it now. What to do ?? That is the way it is. Those who even get at 150, Nothing to loose as this is going to gallop at great speed & Also the day is not far off when it will indeed get listed on Nasdaq. It will shatter all records left, Right & center. This stock is now
a “FOREVER STOCK” Cheers !!!

Logan Sir, Thanks for your reply. Loc is just postponed, Not cancelled. At the most appropriate time the company will avail it. Timing is important. We have to wait for it. Second the company going in for acquiring another company if it turns solid profit accretive from the start then nothing like it. I mean maximizing profit will do wonders for the stock price to go up steadily. Its rocking time for the company as well to all those who have invested in it.

As far as Green eyed Monsters, They are on the prowl. We have to ignore them. You have guided us right from the start till date & I would request you to keep on guiding. No “DAAN” is greater then sharing knowledge with others.

Phenomenal news. @Jay9, You quoting 100 a price is now meaning less as with this development this stock price has now turned priceless. I am very happy for all the investors who waited for more then 8 years as their conviction has fructified. LOC will also follow through. Wait for it. Nasdaq listing will also happen with time. Wait for it.

In short results were not as expected. Cash flow has also got affected.It has turned negative. Moreover there was a fire accident on 9Th of June 2021 as reported to the exchanges which will get reflected in the next results that too logically will reflect losses unless they get their insurance claims inclusive of production loss within the time specified. Normally insurance claims are duly settled within a time frame of 3 to 4 months case wise.
The good thing is the reserves has increased from 54 crs to 59 crs, Plus sources say that they have purchase around 25 acres of land. So chance is that they might set up their own factory at a latter date. The present one is on 99 yrs of lease. Plus given to understand that whatever the mess, They will clear all & Sundry to internal accruals only. The excellent part is their orders are intact. So no headache on this count. Also one thing pls note its important that they migrate to the main platform ate earliest from MSME platform. Its overdue, I really do not know as to why they have not done so. Lack of volumes on this counter is due to the reason as i have specified. The sooner they come on the regular platform huge volumes will get generated resulting into more market participation. Also note Promoter Mr Sarvapriya & His team is very ethical & Transparent which I at least like the most. Promoter holding 63 % With Hypnosis fund & The great Marquee investor Mukul Aggarwal also holding major chunk of shares in their kitty. Short to medium term Okay. Long term definitely excellent. No 2 opinions on it. I am on the long side of the fence. Cheers!!!

Few years ago, There was a rumour floating in the market that GE can take a stake it. If that has to really happen then Sky is the limit as it is also it will perform once the Nasik Plant issue gets resolved.

Latest update from our Company.
This is to inform that, the Warrants and Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today, approved the allotment of 3,42,00,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid-up, pursuant to conversion of preferential warrants into equity, to the non-Promoters allottees.

Pursuant to special resolution passed by the members of the company under section 62 of Companies Act, 2013 on December 28, 2020 and in-principle approvals received from BSE and NSE on April 01, 2021, the Company has allotted 33,18,45,000 warrants to 54 Non-Promoters on April 15, 2021.

As per Regulation 169(2) of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, 25% of the allotment price has been paid by the allottees into the Bank account of the Company at the time of subscription. And by July 01, 2021, 20 of the non-Promoter allottees have paid balance of 75% of the allotment price for 3,42,00,000 warrants.
