When they finished selling, he procrastinated On Daum issue
For Daum and reatilers, he showed Lollypop of WHITEOAK (2017) and he later he blamed the WO collapse on daum and kept the price lower down.
Later , He stated Everest and he Gobbled all the shares of everest via Ugly Trade deals
Later He created Big 4 Audit (2017/ early 18) – Never materialised( This was for WO )
Later he created Line of Credit!!!!! Biggest Decoy!!!!!

Daum was an easily Solvable problem. But, He did not want to solve it and rather used it to his advantage and conveniently shut all communication , correspondence, developments behind the court case issue, Created an artificial scenario of not able to bring back funds to Parent company. I can give Loads of examples of his artificially created problems and procrastination of the time frames and the latest ones that are being discussed are about Audited figures and to wait untill May 2020!!!!!! While he has beautifully created and planted a n alleged problem and a proposed solution, he will give artificial timelines on it. Now, in the MInd of the investors , he will start playing Mind games about the TIME FRAMES of solving the problems. He will also Induce the thought process via planted agents in the form of discussions , that Unless the solutions are met with, the problems persists and he will associate that with the so called artificially hammered Market price.He will procrastinate on those time lines and at the EOD he will nullify the problem stating that , there was No solution to it or even when the created problem was solved, he will comfortably create another problem in front of the retailers and will start giving time lines

He creates artificial Hurdles, places in front of the retailers. The Hurdle will never be a hurdle, but a created one. After creating a Artifial Hurdle, he will come out with the so called solutions planted by his agents in the market. These Artificial Hurdles what he creates, He will link it with the Market, especially when It was nothing to do with the Markets for what the price it deserves

Been there, seen it .The CEO has never been a Man of his words.He comes on Concall for 20 minutes, tells a Bag of lies as to what th retailers wants to hear and disapperas for 3 months with No valid action on his Joota words.On one side, He sings along the side of retailers as if he is Mahaan Aadmi and on the other side does a Shakuni role, working along side of the market makers to play the dirty games

Grossly speking the CEO of the company has mentioned about the progress of pending issues – Daum, PO, Global Audit, Conglomeration etc etc… If One carefully looks into the pending stuff without any Progress mentioned is OAK. Oak is a big hurdle.Its a Big Chunk of 7%. Finding a buyer at higher levels will be difficult. Also, If Oak sells at higher level, the stock will come back to the same level if there arent any buyers. So, as like all other issues, Its better to sort out Oak, before the rally begins. The Question is who is going to buy Oak. Its a Large Kitty. If Oak goes at Rs 10, its approx 33 Cr. If it goes at Rs5 its approx 16 cr. So, who is going to Gulp it? Considering the dillemmas and hard core questions surrounding the authenticity of the BCG and Corporate Governance issues, it ought to be the Promoters or the existing HNIs or the VHNIs who are holding more than 1% of the stock. I dont expect, any new outsider to come an gulp it- because of confidence issues surrounding the stock.And , rightly mentioned, the stock has been kept low- to facilitate the issues. I personally dont see any hurdles past the Oak issue. The question is when? When is the right time to buy off Oak?

Once again, as said Markets are nothing but, me , him , them and the Admin included… All the investors sitting here, have invested the funds, after doing thier fullest research. If One invests money in the market, One is not a fool to put the money in the drain and say, Market dosent beleive the numbers. The Price is well controlled by meagre numbers floated , not to leak either… But kept wrapped under tight air tight control, by the market makers, untill they necessary agendas are sorted by the necessary people and all of us know here what the agendas are and who the necessary people are …

The Market makers have taken complete control and drained the buying power of the existing retailer.Also, How much ever one wants to buy, they will supply it, because they are 150% confident that, although i give to you now, some Bakraa , not withstanding the pressure will sell it to us- at a lower price.. So, please dont worry about us supplying to you, is the honest and humlke response of the mareket makers… That too, they will buy at far lower price and higer number of stock… Buy buying at the current price, One is infact feeding Money power to buy more at lower price levels, there by controlling the whole market

Money control board was infested by diffrent kind of boarders.. Here I see a diffrent kind of boarders.One thing I see in common is whereevre you go- there are boarders 24*7 constatntly and perennialy preaching and giving lectures.Nutshell.. I see on both sides of the road is that the preaching stating that Market dont beleive the numbers, which seems to be the main agaenda being preached, rather the play played by the Market Makers to keep the prices at the levesl what they need and where they need for getting the action plan work out, in the name of the so called Market dosent believe the numbers… real funny… Heard the same words on either side of the Road, but with different tone, intentions being the same……
