//@Remesh – The other day you had wirtten in MMB taking a jibe at drjaysee. It is not about using which platform, but to see that you respect all the members here in all the platforms.//
Admin, although I hate such arguments, as you are telling this to me, I think I’ve to reply it. I’ve never insulted any fellow investors. When someone asked Dr. Jayasree ‘why only you’, I’d told that he should ask this question to the company, not to the person who provided us some valuable info. I’ve clearly expressed my gratefulness and respect toward the members you mentioned.
But the company should give reply to all investors, especially when they are at fault. If they feel that it is time-consuming, they should inform all the investors what’s going on through the exchange. As an investor of the company, I expect this from their side. Tell me, is there anything wrong in this? Does this hurt any investors? If yes, please tell me directly and I am ready to apologize.
3+RemeshRegistered BoarderAdmin,
Also please understand that when I wrote that I hadn’t even thought about the Hyd team or their visit. There is nothing wrong in that. The promoter had invited everyone but only those guyz went and shared certain things for the investors. Just like most people in this group, I am also grateful to them. I’ve already said this.
I posted that because I came to know that though many people write to the IR team, only a few receive reply. Additionally, their virtual AGM also made people like me think that they are allowing only pre-arranged people to ask questions.
My stand is always the same. Here when some people doubted investors who shared useful info, I posted against it. In MMB also, someone doubted people who said that they got dividend. That’s why I gave that reply.
5+RemeshRegistered BoarderHi admin,
I collect info from all available sources and post everywhere when something comes in mind. I give importance to the posts, not to the platform. I’ve seen genuine posts in mmb as well, though there are many spammers too.
Regarding my statement, it is not me who defame the company. It’s the company itself which defames it through its actions. Though I wrote it like a fun, I am still not sure whether everyone will get it without further troubles for two reasons. 1) Most of my investments so far were in small cap stocks. In my nearly 15 years period in the stock market, BCG is the only company that not paid dividend promptly. 2) I’ve heard from long-term investors that some of them had to struggle for receiving dividend the last time as well.
I was always active here, mmb and in some other platforms too. But I don’t know what is the opposite stand you are talking about. If someone who is active in mmb is not allowed here, that’s fine. I was not aware of that. Thank you!
8+RemeshRegistered BoarderNitin, if the warrant approval is pending and issues haven’t been resolved by then, I believe none other than their pre-arranged callers will get the chance. We have already seen the drama in last concall and the virtual AGM.
4+RemeshRegistered BoarderI request everyone including Rathi_b and Dr. Jayasree to post whatever info they get regarding this particular company. Please understand that most investors have found such info useful and they are grateful to you people. Explorer has the right to disbelieve you. But he doesn’t have any right to order not to post if you can’t prove what you post. Let each individual use their own common sense to believe or disbelieve what someone posts here. A guy named GKIyer always posts NCLT updates soon after the hearing and whatever info he has posted regarding that were true so far. But there also some people come and try to insult him so that he won’t post the info going forward. It is not to Dr. Jayasree that the doubtful person should ask ‘why only you?’. If he is bothered, he should ask it to the company officials.
RemeshRegistered BoarderLogially, DH and explorer are right. But sometimes we have to believe what our heart says. So I’ve never doubted that Rathi_b is a part of the management and its associated manipulators. I admire what he and his Hyd friends did for the fellow investors.
RemeshRegistered BoarderBuffet, Axis might have blocked that money to be used for other purposes. How can they prevent the company from using that money to clear the debts?
2+RemeshRegistered BoarderHi Shivashankar,
Though I haven’t studied the rules concerning such issues, I will tell you what I heard from a guy who seemingly told this from his personal experience. I have been holding another stock called ‘GRM Overseas’ which also issued warrants recently. While we were discussing about this in MC forum, he said like this:
“In our case, SEBI had rejected the price of preferential allotment coz price rose from the date of Board Meeting till EGM and we had to start the entire process again. Very time consuming process.”
So I think if the price moves up more than a limit, it may get rejected. But I am not sure how authentic this info is.
4+RemeshRegistered BoarderRemeshRegistered Boarder//may be he want to start something new in India.//
Wow! And when the company expands its operations in India, may be the ‘G’ group alone won’t be able to manipulate the share price. That may be the reason why he wants to liberally allot warrants to more penny stock operators, right?
4+RemeshRegistered BoarderThough the director is the same, the name of the entities are different. So you can’t prove that it is illegal. But now it is quite clear to everyone that some of the allottees are known penny stock players.
4+RemeshRegistered BoarderDeepak, I think exactly the same. This is the cheapest way to increase stake, though it’s a shock for retail investors.
RemeshRegistered BoarderI also don’t like the company to make buyback at these cheap rates. Promoters buying shares from open market seems to be a better thing. 5 percent shares can be bought like that.
