@PBB it only says that once a company has submitted a settlement proposal under NCLT courts which then has been accepted by COC, it cannot take back the settlement offer else it will be sent to IBC for resolution. I don’t think it will be useful for us as brightcom is still negotiating a settlement with Axis and that axis has stil not accepted any OTS.

Update on the meet, we will have conf call tomorrow and most probably we are planning to meet them on Monday.

@cvkrr brightcom is an independent integrated platform like Magnite though smaller in size but catching up. It offers vmp, SSP, dsp and DMP services with its compass application. We are jumping the gun here seriously, let the Oct 9 date pass before we start questioning everything about the company. We shouldn’t panic now even if the price goes further down. I agree it might take sometime but let us talk to the management first. We are preparing for it so please hold your thoughts until that happens.

1. Is there a plan that the company is considering for reducing the manipulations in the stock.
2. Does it have any plan of removing it’s illiquid position or changing the circuits to reduce volatility.
3. Is the company considering getting any institutional investors to bring liqidity and stability to the company other than LOC.
4. The business seems to be growing at a rapid pace now and with the US elections inline it looks like it’s going to pickup much more, so a presentation describing the ad business and also brightcom’s role as SSP and DMP along with compass technology application in the business.
4. A team of 100 people has been assembled for Lil Projects but not much has been put forward by the company regarding its revenue and pace of growth. Detailed presentation would be appreciated.

But why be dishonest in the guise of forward looking statements. See he during March quarter meeting he did not inform us about this daum and loc interlink. He could have been more informative about the Election time spending for cash flows back then but he chose not to inform us. It wasn’t like the elections were being postponed because of the pandemic they were anyway going to be held this year.
My fingers are crossed. Hope this market manipulation ends this or the next week.

My only concern is that if it touches 5-5.30 by this weekend we are screwed here for a longtime immaterial of axis settlement or not. The operators and short sellers are going to plunder this stock thoroughly there after as the company is not in any discussion to get any big investors.

The next week or two is going to be chaotic and eventful, the G group is playing this tennis match to increase their stake at lower price. We should wait till September shareholder info to see what they are really upto. I can understand that is done in anticipation of Axis settlement but if they perpetuate this after it we should get serious with the management. They are playing their manipulations with crores of shares they own here.

@sateanna let us first come up with a set of questions and let the admin put the mail for an appointment. I’m sure his mail would be replied to. Let’s give it a chance that way and if it doesn’t work out it would be good to then go physically and take an appointment. Let’s come up with a questionnaire send it to them, let the admin as for an appointment and then let’s go their to discuss things. BTW I’m from Secunderabad if you want company. But let us come up with a questionnaire send it to them, then take an appointment and then let’s go the office to discuss with them about our doubts. If we send them a questionnaire they would be informed and can give us auch more educated answer than SKR’s amazing timelines to get things done.

See understand the urge to meet and sought our doubts, but this needs an official submission by admin of this forum for an appointment with representatives of the group. This needs to happen under the supervision of the admin as he is the main representative of the group. So I would like to know what the admin’s suggestion on this is. It would be more credible and ethical if the admin can put in a letter for an appointment if he sees it fit.
