@Admin,hope now other things in pipeline get resolved. High High time for warrants approval and LOC to come through. Waiting for the earlier one to happen so that the other one is put on proper gears now. Unpopular Personal opinion: expect nothing now until the warrants get through. I don’t think we need to go really optimistic until the warrants get through which will open a window for daum and LOC to complete. I am just not going expecting big changes until warrants get approved. As far as specifics of LOC I’m sorry I need to draw a boundary there about what I can write here. We are still under the grip of dark arts of suppression.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderThe warrants, last time they brought in muskaan board meet to approve it 3rd Dec 2019, the dah got in principle approval from bse 4th March 2020.
3+Rathi_bRegistered BoarderI’m sorry if I am offending peers here, but it’s time we shift gears and make adjustments if the grand master decides to wreak havoc again. We are at a very delicate time right now the next 1 month until April is very important if grand master thinks he can play his tunes and we are going to dance to it again, he is mistaken. We cannot sit and be played. If by April if any developments are not there, grand master should count his days in office. I am responsible for my words and I stand by them.

Personally I agree with you and the longers here in HYD concour with that intricate post. We were and are very careful. I know market is something we cannot on face tackle him but we had requested the things that were done on paper. We saw the papers and documents, which inturn made us concentrate on the material developments. And that is giving us confidence. We are not only just taking him for his word but also with documents. As far as SH we are part of a big game played by the grand master and there is no two ways about it. DH I’ll write this much, the material developments we seek to happen should happen before April. After which we need to regroup and rework of our approach. We have looked at the documents and in that regard we expect material developments in the next 2 months. After that any grand shenanigans by Grand master will not work. If grand master doesn’t decide the end game. We shall make one for him.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderI completely agree with Diana here, let’s see what the situated in the next 2 months would be, if things don’t move in a positive direction we shall and should expose the share price manipulations. Like I have said before we expect atleast a few issues to be resolved by April. If it doesn’t then we should change our approach with the company and its management. As far as the deal about keeping the price subdued for the next 18 months written by one of the forum members, if it happens then in it self is an evidence of connivance of the management with manipulators if they stoop to it.

7+Rathi_bRegistered BoarderFrom the documents we were shown, our perspective is that it’s a done deal, we are just waiting for him to announce at his leisure. But we are expecting a lot of positive news one after another. And as far as parent or individual entity I clearly don’t recall but it was in final stages the last time we were there.

I don’t know what is going on right now but yes looks like they have gone back again on their commitment. Looks likely that we won’t be getting dividend even by 4th. I just don’t understand man, are all these games being played to get the warrants issue done? SKR needs to own up to this. Such a pathetic situation we are in right now,looks neither the exchanges nor the management are really bothered to get it done. I just can’t understand how long will they prolong this issue.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderDear @explorer nothing makes us special other than the fact that we did something about rumours and speculations by directly contacting the management of the company. As far as “confidential” information goes it isn’t really confidential if you go to the office and talk to them. Audit reports, previous financial statements of subsidies, settlement letters everything are on his table for you to go look and assuage your concerns. We at Hyderabad are calm right now because we know this storm will pass and we will have good days ahead. If you want to be as calm as we are the address you have to go is holiday inn 5th floor at nanakramguda. BTW you are to park your vehicle only at b2 and if you are lucky you will find a gorgeous beautiful restored black mustang parked there.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderDear Diana Horton what you are saying is perfectly fine and understandable. I wish we could come out of our anonymity and be straight forward about our meeting. But you also know that in an open forum that leaves our privacy in jeopardy. From our meetings, there was only one thing that we couldn’t grasp and did not see coming, which were the warrants issue. It was a big decision on his part to have taken that and push it through. Frankly I’m pissed about it and we as a group here in hyd have made our views on it clear before. The truth is our identities are concealed here and you are free to speculate about our intentions, I am in no way going to stop you from that. But know this too that only time will tell whether the Hyderabad ground are paid manipulators or genuine people. I’m cool say what you want, all I know is I’m invested here and I’m going to make a big gunny bags full of money here in future. As far as our next meeting goes, like we have said before we would be planning for one in mid or end of this month. Our communication with him a few days ago still did not evoke any reply. Just so I want you to also consider the fact that I don’t know you, but I have respect for you because your words in this forum have also in many ways motivated me to stay invested and also take steps to directly contact the CEO of the company for communication. Thanks I know my intentions and I hope someday our earnings here will be answer to your questions.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderAnand ji, I don’t know about your broker but generally my dividends have taken more than a month’s time to credit, I emailed my broker about the BCG situation, he told me it generally could take upto 45 days independent of what company it is. He is said generally they start disbursement around 15-20 days of an official approval but sometimes may take upto 45 days. Please correct me if I have stated anything inaccurate.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderWe ( Hyderabad team ) have reached out to SKR regarding the warrants issue, LOC and other issues again. This time we have sternly made up our minds to get proper concrete answers to our questions with proper tentative timelines. We hope to receive a answer at the earliest. We shall immediately update if we receive any response tk our queries from SKR. It is high time now that we are dignified with proper answers.
Thank you.Rathi_bRegistered BoarderBut Sir, the amount that has been raised early last year for this purpose specifically can be put forward to settle it. The new issue is for something we have no knowledge about. Yes we would like to plan for another meet with SKR but not before Valentine’s day. Let the next hearing of axis complete and let them have another 20-25 days to sort this out. But yes we will certainly plan for one sometime mid or end of next month. Right now we need to just pray to almighty that good sense prevails in human beings and that they will take steps for larger good and not just personal gain at the cost of small hand to mouth investors.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderWe as the Hyderabad investors again reiterate that from the documents and meeting we were privy to and have attended, we expect one or many of the outstanding issues to be sorted before March. The last time we were there at the office LOC was in the final stages it looked like they could have got it operational by now. My only concern is that these warrants shouldn’t be the reason for everything to be delayed. They can do it again later in future when the issues are sorted out, but to keep us investors in a state of dismay and operated play is not right. I again reiterate the last time we concluded our meeting with SKR we expected the LOC to be operational by now. Just saying if this warrants issue is not approved we should not again be kept trapped like this in the near future. The management and other people in the organisation have enough money to raise their personal stake in many other different ways. But to keep us waiting until the warrants are approved is not fair.
Rathi_bRegistered Boarder@Logan I disagree with that speculation and this why. Last time they raised they did 100 million, historically its highest valuation was over 800 million. If I have to expect that they are raising anything in the form of LOC, both those factors would have been taken under consideration also keep in mind that valuation was pre Daum. If they now have to raise an LOC it would not be a minor amount, certainly it must have been done keeping atleast a few years of growth in mind, which should also include allocation for any acquisition along with provisioning of outstanding issues and general business transactions (payables and receivables). This game is being played because they know that this is the last time in its life that it would trade at such a low number. They know once issues are settled they will never get anything less than atleast 10-12 p/e. Please don’t mind calling me out on this one, I know I am being harsh( because I have immense respect and gratitude for this forum).
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderWe are here because we believe that this organisation has a bright future and I am not going back on that belief. I am just in personal capacity venting my view on the delay in warrants. I for one believe that we have many goods to come. Many milestones will be broken. All I am saying is it frustrating that we are still being kept hanging after all the developments we were privy to. All I want is to move on man from these trivial issues which I believe the organisation is unnecessarily draging to make the most of their present opportunity. I believe that SKR is the right leader but it is certainly not wrong to ask questions, I for one can be blatantly wrong, maybe the next few days will be great for us, but it is just my frustration that the warrants are being kept hanging without any finality. I believe that the organisation is capable of handling all its outstanding issues independent of the warrants money and that is the only thing that I am ranting about. He is a capable and opportunistic leader which he should be, which is good for the organisation but sometimes we need to question not to throw allegations but to seek clarity on what, where and how things will be for us.
Rathi_bRegistered BoarderLOC is generally done by provisioning for outstanding issues, it has been under process for what over a year, certainly Daum and axis must have been provisioned when discussions with lenders was done. This my personal opinion, I think this charade of issuing of warrants is only being done because the people know they are getting it at a huge massive discount to what would the price would be after outstanding issues are settled. Buying shares in open market wouldn’t be this cheap in future. Again my personal opinion nothing to do with my responsible investors from Hyderabad. Please remember SKR said he wouldn’t be raising stake before issues are settled, but I feel he is now going back on his word.
6+Rathi_bRegistered BoarderThe warrants issue should reach its logical end, either accepting it or not, the exchanges should come out with an answer. It is my personal opinion that the management will keep delaying things until then. They know that their business is going to prosper in future,so they wouldn’t mind to keep us suffering until they get what they want. Axis Loc or Daum I think they can settle if they intend to, they are not short of money in anyway. They will do nothing until this issue of warrants is settled. This is my personal view I hope you people won’t confuse it as the hyd group’s objective opinion.
