@XOo9 What you mentioned is exactly what I have on my mind as well. We need to remove parda off his face. Enough is enough. For the date, since Feb 15th is a Saturday I suggest Feb 17th or any other weekday to have better impact. I don’t live in Hyderabad but I am more than happy to travel as like many other long term investors my money has been struck for years now.

I couldn’t agree more. XOo9 sir, if the unfortunate thing happens i.e, SKR doesn’t come out with detailed announcements/disclosures this month, he is going to face the brunt. Please if you decide on visiting the BCG office as I would love to join you. I don’t mind standing in front of their office with a placard to get attention of media & regulators to clip SKR’ wings.

BG sir, E&Y does audit Online Media Solutions, which houses the brand ‘Brightcom’. I got this confirmed last year. Having said that, SKR definitely needs to become completely transparent and act swiftly now.

Looks like this notice was given on 6th Feb 2019. Not sure if they ended up having to auction the property.

I am expecting about 1cr net profit on standalone basis, Assuming the finance cost should have been reduced by that amount as SBI n Canara bank loans have been paid off. This expectation is of course excluding any extraordinary items for the quarter.

Here is what running on my mind on why SKR delayed the notification and ultimately moved the voting & results day?

Was it coz operators or someone wanted to collect more shares before the issue? I don’t think so.. below are some of the points I would like to highlight

a) If you noticed the disclosure was prepared/signed on Dec 20th, 2019 but published only on Jan 16th. I believe it’s coz Axis bank was looking to get more money than the previously agreed amount. Let’s not forget it is a private bank and they know the fact SKR has closed the other two loans and now has some compulsions (plan) for closing this one too. So, Axis is trying to make the most. SKR did give a cue on Axis’s intention to revise in amount on the call.

b) Why Daum has been keeping quite even though a clear verdict was given in their favour to recover all their dues? It’s coz SKR and Daum have already agreed on something.

Based on the assumptions/analysis I think all the major issues are behind us and it’s just a matter of getting the announcements. SKR is trying to time all the announcements based on his game plan

People employ fundamental or technical analysis to make money in stock market. There are some big names who have created wealth using these analysis. However, per my understanding technical analysis works well when a stock is traded as opposed to hitting LCs or UCs. These kind of cases are purely driven by events/news or operators. If we get an positive announcement from the management today, it will be back to UC on Monday, thereby overriding the technical charts. This is what happened on 11/28/2019.

Alternatively, if all the long term investors collectively decide to buy at least 10k shares each today, there is a good chance of pushing the bears (operators here) back and the share price will go up.
