    Dear All,
My perception is SKR would have received LOC approval and he want to increase promoter holding since he knows very well about the value and potential of BCG in the long run. The current price of BCG is undervalued and that’s why they have kept the price at the lower level for the past 3 months (so that they can fix the PW price at the low level as per SEBI norms -average of 6 months). It’s better let’s all wait for some more time and see the drama. Now the BCG’s price will spike like anything in the coming days before AGM to get rid of retail investors (profit bookings) & again promoters will grab some more quantities from retail investors since promotors knows very well about BCG’s potential. Let’s control our emotions and be patience and We will get clear picture in couple of days.

Dear Logan, Experts/Senior Investors, please share your views on today’s outcome of 36 Crs warrants at Rs7.7.
This mean, more dilution? or the current value should be at least Rs7.7??? Appreciate all your input please.

Dear @kmroo3, may be promoters are very confident of LOC approval soon, hence currently initiating PW to “specific individuals and entities” who are known to the promoters very well at a lower price and trying to settle the Axis issue at the earliest before the LOC.

Dear @Logan and Senior / Expert members, appreciate if you could share some information on merits & demerits of BCG’s “preferential warrants”. I presume, the price will further go down after 4 Dec until the record date(???) so that promoters and their associated members can grab the warrants at lower levels or they will fix the price higher than the market price? Kindly share your views / analysis in this regard.

Dear @odysee, thank you for your detailed discussion on the above. Personally I feel that all the mishaps has happened only because of lack of Corporate Governance and ultimately it’s shows the inefficiency of the CEO. However, we shouldn’t underestimate SKR since he is well educated from a reputed & noble institute from India as well as from USA and having vast experience. If SKR knows exactly what he is doing, then its matter of time to overcome all the hurdles (hopefully interim???) in no time. Lets all be positive and hope for the best to happen in the near term at least before end of 2020.

Dear @Logan, totally agree with you of not prefer to go for buyback offer at the company’s current situation. But the promoter should show some interest to close the Axis issue which is not a big amount in a way to create trust among long term investors with immediate effect and we are not sure about the time to be taken for LOC which is not with promoters hand and later they can think about Daum closure upon LOC approval. Lets hope, everything will end in a positive way soon. Thank you for your immediate reply as always.

Dear @Odysee, thank you very much for your swift reply. As stated by you “even though the preferential shares are locked in for some time and cannot be sold or traded and may not be considered for the offer if that were to materialise”, we should come to know about the duration of the lock-in period. If the promoter is not taking appropriate action towards strengthening BCG’s value means investors will lose trust on the management which may cause further destruction. As per my calculation from the source of Moneycontrol, I came to know that the retail investors are holding only around 3.97 Crs (3,96,97,752) apart from holding of major investors, NRIs and Promoters. Please validate the attached Table of calculations which myself doubting on the numbers. Thank you

Dear @Logan, Experts and Senior Members, let’s have some discussion on possibility of Buyback offer by the Promoter. It’s been long time and most of our senior members have been with BCG for more than 10 years but the share is trading at sub 10 levels even though it used to post good profit (400Crs annually for the last 12 continuous years). If we take Tanla Solutions, it was trading less than Rs 50 before the announcement of buyback. After the buyback offer news of Rs81 (market price was around Rs70 in July 2020), later it has started its upward journey and rocking until today (crossed Rs500). I am not sure whether this is appropriate to compare Tanla and BCG considering its business. However, compared to BCG, Tanla is too small considering its assets & profits. Tanla is trading more than 100 times of BCG’s current price which is surprising. This is purely because of the lack of SKR’s positive attitude towards BCG investor as well as BCG’s growth also. Without any further delay, SKR should mobilize funds for buyback to give more confidence & trust to the investors and also to avoid further destruction of BCG’s value. Views and suggestions of all experts and senior members of BCG would be highly appreciated please for further action from our side to support all the investor community as well as promoter. Thank you.

Dear @Antu, totally I agree with you about lack of BCG’s price movement which is purely because of management’s attitude. Whereas if we see Tanla, during April-May 2020, they have announced Buyback of shares (@Rs81) when it was trading around 65-67 levels and suddenly all the Investors got strong trust on Tanla’s management. Since then Tanla’s price was kept on moving until today. This is matter of time for BCG too and hopefully BCG’s price movement will be better than Tanla once all the issues will be sorted out by SKR and if there will be any announcement on Buyback of shares would be added advantage to create trust on the management. Lets hope for the best and I believe our dream will come true soon before end of 2020.

Dear @ Admin, Logan, Rathi_b and all Senior BCG members,

Once again thank you very much for all your efforts in bringing valuable information about BCG to this Forum, from which many long-term investors including me will be benefitted in due course of time (May be in 2 yrs down the line).

I want to narrate my journey with BCG that I bought 20K qnty of BCG during end of April 2020 at the rate of 4.9 and sold all my holdings on 20 May 2020@5.69 without knowing any background about BCG. Later, I came to know about this Forum and gathered all the discussed valuable matters into separate file & took the printout of all your discussions such as background of BCG, subsidiary firms, past history, Daum, Lycos & Other bank issues etc. Almost 4-5 times I had gone through the document of all your discussions (since I didn’t get any other source of technical information about BCG apart from this Forum).

After all my homework, I had convinced myself and decided to re-enter into BCG and started buying from 2nd July 2020 @ rs9 and kept on added BCG until yesterday @Rs 5.4 (4 months continuous tracking) & finally achieved my target with significant qnty at the average of 6.10 (Since July, I had huge dilemma to buy some other so called quality stocks in the market but BCG’s current levels & future potentials did not allow me to buy any other stocks other than BCG & even missed lot of current rally with other stocks but controlled my emotions & finally accumulated BCG until I achieve my target qnty yesterday).

As Rathi_b mentioned, one day I would be proud, happy and wealthy for sure. Hence, I am very much grateful to the admin and all the senior members of BCG Forum for allowing me to gain vast knowledge of BCG through this portal.

Now, BCG is the second highest investment in my 1 Cr portfolio after Vodafone Idea.
My sincere thanks to the entire BCG Team, Admin and Hyderabad Support Team for the great opportunity of investing with BCG and I will be with you all if any kind of support / assistance from my side remotely since currently I am living outside the country.

Let’s all be focused, positive and ignore the negative boarders.

Looking forward for the bright side ahead of Brightcom Group.

Happy Diwali to all of you and your family.

    Thanking you all again.

Dear Admin and Senior Members of BCG,

I have seen the below message at Moneycontrol Board:

//Brightcom forum was started by SRK to trap more and more investors so that he could give exist to oak india investment at Rs.10 levels. They were very successful in doing so. SEBI should take some legal action against such type of companies who have been playing with the emotions of the investors from last so many years//.

But, personally I trust with our Admin and senior members in this BCG Forum and gone through all the discussed technical topics & gained lot of knowledge about BCG’s technical strength & convinced myself to invest with BCG & finally accumulated significant quantity of BCG in the recent months. Now the ball is in the promoter court since BCG posted good result of 103Cr profit as usual. Simply if we look at the Results Table, it looks like copy & paste from the previous quarter and unbelievable when we look at the profit rate. A company XXX which is having sales of 42 Cr & posted 18 Cr profit is trading at Rs.430 but BCG has 650 Cr sales & 103 Cr profit is trading at Rs5 which is shocking & unbelievable!!!
Friends, this is the time to react and approach the promoter for the ground reality to be disclosed in a transparent way to the Investors. Please share your views. Thank you.

Dear @Valuebuyer001, I believe BCG has great potential to grow in the coming days once Axis issue has been solved. Do not tempt and exit at this point in time since you are a long term investor. Many companies which has less EPS, BV, profit, revenue etc than BCG is trading at great heights (sorry for the comparison even though it’s not a Peer to BCG. For e.g cybertech sys which has same holding pattern but rest everything is lesser than BCG. The important thing is that they have strong panel of well educated Independent Directors from IIT Madras). Hence, I believe if we wait, we can see the real value of BCG in the coming days which is not too far. I am a new investor with BCG since July 2020 and infused 25% of my savings into BCG (so far bought around 3Lakhs qnty) after reading and exploring comments of all BCG senior investors & experts including yours. I have spent more time to explore and compare with many peer groups but finally convinced with BCG based on its real value (hopefully I believe whatever we see on the paper is real such as Profits, Revenue, BV & EPS etc). Hence, do not worry much and stress yourself. It’s matter of time for BCG’s journey to move forward. Hopefully, Things will be alright soon. Best wishes, Thank you.
