JRSRegistered Boarder
Just let me know whom do you prefer
A) A doctor (qualified to the core ) who follows rules of his profession which safeguards him and his business and says “patient life is not in my control so let me protect my business.”
B) A doctor comes out of the regular rules of his profession to save life of patients who came trusting him and says “he came trusting me let me give my best to save him even if I come out of mainstream of my business.”

0JRSRegistered BoarderI think the plot is like this.
1) Operator gang also want stable retail investor during bull run.
2) They are pulling the stock down to siphon out the shares from week retail investors. So that when they start bull run they don’t want these retail investor sell them the shares at higher price, what ever they are accumulating they have to accumulate at lower price. When they start bull run they start de accumulating the shares at higher price with lower volume, keeping huge volume to sell at higher price to stable investors.
3) once the share price reaches the decent level and big investors come in, they may exit.
Personally I feel this is plot of insiders, to send the shares to safe hands of big investors and at higher price. As This plot gives win win approach to all,
Retailers, Bear Cartel, And promoters as well as to the company.Note:The above opinion is just a personal opinion based on observation, so should not be taken as any advice.

I have sent you a mail to the email address you shared.Kindy do the needful.
0JRSRegistered BoarderEven I believe the operators are doing Circular trading.
If that is the case we are in clutches of Operators. No technicals and fundamentals will help the share price to go up.
The operators are buying low and selling high to the retailers, again they make the retailers loose their patience and sell at lower price.
This will stop only with strong long term investors or company buy back the shares. Else we will keep day dreaming for the price to go up, even if the company improves its fundamentals and business further.

3+JRSRegistered BoarderDecrease in Revenue and increase in Cost of Goods Sold is alarming situation, as they are increase the inventory and not able to be generate revenue of it.
JRSRegistered BoarderIf we look at bulk deal chart total shares bought by G group is more than 10 crores in numbers….but in Shareholding pattern they have around 5crores in number.
Where are others shares, this shows they are interested in trading not on investing….they are making money by trading…they buy and short by averaging their buying and selling price.
If this continues they will never allow this share price to go up unless some credible investor enters….because at higher price they will invite threat to their trading as they can’t play with volume but only with price, and they are focusing on volume game than price game.
Management need to look into it seriously, else they will remain as threat for ever.
8+JRSRegistered BoarderAny update on NCLT?
0JRSRegistered BoarderI request you to raise this point (#9102) on NOV 3rd meeting with the management. As it is very critical to retail investors.
I am not sure that Any bulk or block deal which sees change of hands above 0.5% of total shares or it is total shares traded in market has to be announced.
3+JRSRegistered BoarderI could see a bulk deal of 23 lakhs in BSE for BCG shares. However who purchased it their is no information in BSE.
I am not understanding why there is no proper transparency, as the change of hands on such scale is very much important.Because if such information is not given on time the insiders can manipulate the retailers very easily, even if the insider sells all his shares and moves away the retailers will be fixed.
Why BCG management is not taking any action on such issues??
Can any one throw a light on this issue.
4+JRSRegistered Boarder@Raj and @lycos
The problem with SKR is that he fails with his commitment repeatedly. If he fails sometimes one can understand, but it happens again and again.
He sometimes behaves like a plumber or electrician, who keeps saying, I am just around the corner of road and will come in a moment and end up coming next day or even after a week.
Same with SKR it is not that he is not willing to deliver, but the way he commits looks too stupid and he has lost his stature of CEO.
He should understand that for his stature the way he commits looks stupid and some time cheap(the courier thing he expressed was such a dumb thing).
Managing a MNC is not a easy thing, he is doing that, but if his vision is to make BCG a really Global company, his stature matters a lot, not only with customers, but also with Investors and Financial institution.
It is not the thing to be told and said to man of such track record in his education and experience.
