@JRS Everything looked good & rosy during the meeting. But nothing significantly transpired till now. What’s worse is that the stock price has slipped below 5 when the market is at an all time high. We have to wait till the AGM for answers.

@admin its really a tremendous effort from you to get all retailers (or at least most of them) under one roof. The best thing about this group is to remain positive despite so many negative vibes going around. So much information shared about BCG which is beyond our wildest imaginations. Perfectly sensible question. In the concall he might sound a bit irritated or arrogant some times, but face to face was much better. I really appreciated the fact that he was out on some work and immediately agreed to meet us cancelling his other appointments. Else why should a CEO meet a few retail shareholders, he could have very well avoided us. On the face of it he looked genuine and concerned. Looked honest and sounded positive.

@lycos.rags.to.riches No specific time lines as usual, Axis : The ball is in Axis court, BCH has given its proposal, Daum : After LOC is received, which is apparently quite near. New Investor : He said the process in on, based on the Investor meet from 14th to 17 sept, for which we have asked him to update the exchanges about it.

As concerned long term investors should we also try and find out if there’s some manipulation going on in the share prices ?? Long time back there was a suggestion in this group and also a recommendation on an agency who investigates these things. Its going to cost us, but iam sure that we can share as already we have invested huge on BCG. Also SKR has brushed aside that no manipulation is going on, but unlikely he has done a detailed check.

@rathi_b let @admin send a formal request for appointment, and in the meanwhile make the questions. Based on BCG’s reply we shall take a call. Suggest we give then 2-3 days for responding after the mail, else we go in person.

@logan since the IR did not respond to my mails I shall visit BCG office one of these days and ask for an appointment directly. Lets see what happens.

@tanv151 I have written to their IR and asked them for an appointment 17/18th October (saturday/Sunday) which will be comfortable for everyone. Lets see whether any reply comes back.

I can say that Hyderabad has no quarantine restriction for people coming in and going out from other states, Will write to their investor relations and check out the feasibility. Hopefully will get some reply.

@tanv151 Meeting SKR in person is a good option because it builds more pressure on him to deliver. I am based in Hyderabad and willing to join anytime. However due to the pandemic looks like this wont be feasible at least in the near term. We can still try fix a date if SKR if OK with it.

@odysee, BCG price movements are frankly beyond anyone. There is no logic & reasoning. But no amount of good news, closure of issues, results etc are helping in the price movement. The price started falling after Daum issue similarly it may go up only after the issue is solved along with the LOC on hand. Also need some FII/DII investment in the company, so that the market realizes the potential of BCG. SKR is working on all this, as usual we have to wait wait wait….Its becoming impossible to judge the time frames also.

Normally they do submit to the exchange the date, time & the institutional investors met.

@odysee.. U are right that LOC will be the gamechanger even for daum and axis.. But remember last con call skr said he has the cashiers cheque ready to be handed over to daum.. Only travelling was an issue.. Does it mean he lied to the shareholders?? I really hope we get the loc in a few weeks and not four minths..

Looks like all depends on the loc which will take max another 4 months as per skr.. The plan is get loc and then clear daum.. This is a surprise as the loc was to be got on the bais of the new consolidated entity… Which is on hold as of now. Overall a disappointing call with extention of time lines..only positive results improving without the loc

I expect SKR is going to answer all the main questions upfront before we ask him, like last time. Expect status quo on all issues. Only thing left now is to meet him in person and ask him.

The results are very good despite the pandemic. All the jump in % of Adauth & Adzerk probably kicking in now..Q2 should be better. Lets see what SKR has to say. We are still waiting for the inflection point, now its almost a year.
