Yes, even the CONCALL is limited to 30 or 45 mins. Out of which his initial speech of SKR would be for 15 mins and SKR ensures he answers minimum questions, but making his answers lengthy. Last time his CFO also participated in the call. Last two concalls time ran out before I could ask him some questions. Probably AGM/EGM is the right forum to ask him tough questions. Face to face always is more serious than on phone.

BG Ji, Even buy back cannot infuse confidence in market. Dishman Pharma & Jagran Prakashan have announced open buyback from the market, but these scrips are going nowhere, still languishing close to 52 week lows.

The first roll of the dice is over. PO allotment news out…No impact on the market. The overall consensus is that Stock price will move only on Daum Settlement/Pledged share release / Audit by a big 4 firm. Also the subsidiaries of BCG are worthless for us shareholders as SKR refuses to use them to solve any of the issues, which is really strange. With the kind of reserves BCG has ideally Daum issue should have been closed long back. Unless we get the full advantage of all the subsidiaries, don’t think we are going anywhere in a hurry.

While our Hopes are firmly on Daum Settlement and subsequent rally of the stock price, legal cases are part and parcel of Companies. So what if Daum is cleared, business is same then now and forever. What happens if Daum is cleared and the stock price does not rise ?? I think we need to be prepared in case of any eventuality. Good luck to all and god bless. While we all are positive thinkers, we need to analyse the cons also.

can some one put dates on the activities listed in the postal ballot…till what time the allotment is expected to get over, so that we can get some idea when daum will be settled. Financial obligations still maintained as the code word.

Just to put things in perspective. BCG india is 1/20th of the total BCG group in terms of turnover. So our fate depends on its foreign subsidiaries. What a tragedy…

Even though the subsidiaries are not being audited by the Indian firm, they surely have to be audited in their respective countries…and the tax they pay could be the only proof that these are genuine. You can take chances with Indian Compliance’s, but not american, Australian, Israeli etc…

How come SKR never added to his own holding, despite the share at rock bottom price ?? Does he have no conviction on his own company..by this time promoter holding should have been close to 70%…currently promoters hold 39% out of which 60% is pledged…another amazing fact of BCG.

Amazing play going on by the operators with BCG..this has been going on for the last 5 years and no sign of ending either…..the operators have more gas in the tank than we retailers think…SKR has lifted his hands…..retailers are exhausted unable to pump in any more money…

Agreed KPAL, release of pledged shares shows the willingness of the promoter to resolve debt issues and cleaner financials.

due respects Aneel Ji, most of us have exhausted our quota of buying BCG. Only way we can do is by borrowing and investing..which is very risky…also the persons who I have recommended view BCG suspiciously and are not interested to buy.

At the moment the operators having a field day keeping the stock under 52 weeks high, it will be interesting to see what happens when the daum settlement is announced. I would like to SKR to appear on CNBC or ET now and announce clearly so that fresh investors will be interested in BCG…the problem in BCG is currently the lack of interest of the market..the same old retail investors & the operators playing the circular game.

Is daum considered at standalone level ?? The statements from BCG are too general and loose. ‘Few’ days means ???
