KPal ji Bg ji, with due respects to you, the stock is not going to shoot up anywhere in a hurry, even after the daum settlement. I has taken 5 years to hit rock bottom and will take 5 years minimum to hit the top again. Stocks take longer to recover than fall. Bad news sells & good news doesn’t..Personally I am happy if it appreciates by 200% per annum…say even 20 by Dec 2020 is a big achievement..I will be more than happy if Iam proved wrong.

Yes Kpal & BG, market runs ahead of the actual news. Hopefully fireworks will start sooner than expected. BTW is it mandatory to disclose the reasons for the preferential issue ?? Or will SKR still keep it a secret and announce after F&F of Daum ??

Charlie is a bogus I feel, creating more confusion, when Market price is 6, why is he offereing 150/- per share, while he can easily pick up from the market. Already lot of investors in MMB forum complaining that hes not reverted to them yet. Best to ignore and continue our eternal wait for BCG to perform.

Thanks BG for the good news. Looks like both issues Daum & pref issue settled in one shot . Hopefully the issue will be at a good price befitting of BCG’s future stature. Ideally the issue should have a lock in period too.

Well said BG. This momentum needs to carried forward.. aggressive steps to clear the old issues within limited time, even though it may cost more , but hugely beneficial in the long run. At least market will know the intent of the Promoter and come forward to Invest in BCG. Need to focus on the huge business opportunities in the future and not keep firefighting on the old issues.

Yes shoumik, looks like daum agreeement & the bank loans will be cleared in the next 30 days, he promised to intimate the market also. I wanted to ask him why doesnt he give interviews in CNBC, ET now etc to give the company more visibility…

receivables actually determine the cash flow of the company. Brightcom currently is around average of 120-130 days …the aging of the the same is not known. Say if 50% of the receivables is over 180 days it could spell trouble for the company…Infact i had lined up my question on the same, however the call was only for 40 mins ……

Also what effort is he making to get BCG recognised by the market as a ethical company, has any efforts being put in to make the DIIs & FII’s invest in BCG. Why no regular appearances in Electronic & Print media ?? Of course the answer maybe a four letter word for everything – DAUM

Results good as usual, no disclosures on the main issues. Looks like it will be debt free by March 2020, which is evident from the balance sheet. Hope these have been cleared trough internal accruals and not through loans. Daum & pledged shares issue still the main concern.

Need some concrete news on Daum/Bank Loans/Pledged shares etc, routine results with topline of 400 crores and bottom line on 100 croes wont help.
