Particularly, I do not want to see any negativity .I travelled 5 years with this share..I really want to thank people who shared their knowledge.giving compliants to sebi may slowdown the process of issuing warrants..I am ready to face any type of circumstances..whether it is hero or zero ..I will hold for another 6 months..

Lets see what happens. I have invested in this company after looking it’s fundamentals and mr. Suresh Reddy interview and articles..to be say frankly, may be my greed makes me invest in this company..since, 2016 I invested in this stock..now, I am in profits..but, I don’t wanna book profits..I believe the price is being intentionally maintained with the help of management.i don’t know, but, after approval of warrants..we may see big rally..I hope it will happen..I wanna give management another 6 months of time..in my view .mr suresh reddy is not a cheater..

12.78crore share @5 rs will cost more than 63 crores…I don’t think retail investors can invest like this..even we have seen huge quantity buying and selling in sub 6 levels

2. If already allotted, when will the management get the money from the allotted persons?is there any time duration?
3. When will the preferential alloted shares will add to existing equity shares?
4. If they add, is there any chance of reduction in current market price?

Our of 50 crore equity shares..only around 17crore shares shareholders used their voting..only 17 crore equity shares are used for passing of issuing preferential warrants with 83%..management didn’t used their full voting rights..this clearly showing our(retail investors) position in impacting the resolution

May be they r spreading fake news due to its share price..the cmp is giving justification to their rumors..personally, I feel pain since 2015.
Intentionally, they are maintaining share price below rs 5.
This week, I think axis bank closure may happen as per nclt notification.
Better ignore negative comments.

i think we may expect axis bank and daumn closure anytime… may be 1st installment loc may receive before agm i think..what may be the loc amount as per fundamentals and book value..any guess?
preferrential warrants issued to his close relatives and friends..this shares will come to existence after 18 months..they will not invest for 1x, 2x returns..
i wait for another 18 months…what may be the result..i am ready to face..

We need to meet the future requirements of the company. So, we went for equity dilution by issuing preferential warrants.
For every question they r having answers..
We retailers only having questions.
Second option
Can we stop preferential warrants by taking stay in courts?
Yes we can, but, we r different parts from the country. Some manipulators always watching this forum for their opportunity. They will collect money for the court case and will be vanished.
As a retail investors we can’t do anything.only we can do is watching the show.
