Friends couple of days of upper circuit and we have started dreaming about valuations USD 20, NYSE listing. We pretty well know how this stock behaves. i would request everyone to wait till the stock crosses 10 to make sure this is a real rally and for the notification from management about daum closure to think about valuations and NYSE listings.

Earlier the stock used to have UC’s based on assumptions, this is the first time promoter has sent a official update about the various promises given, even though there is no specific dates mentioned for resolution, i can understand that some things are out of his control to put a date against it. I hope market believes the BCG story now and give its due value.

Stock will get its value when daum is solved
Stock will get it value when subsidaries are audited
stock will get its value when pledged shares are released
stock will get its value Prferential allotment ballot notice is released – This howeever can be ignored now, as market didnt give thumbsup.
Now we are thinking stock will get its value when voting completes.In my view, BG should come with regular updates, instead of just giving an announcement just before the quarterly results.

A quick clarification would increase market confidence on pledges shares.To which bank the shares are pledged, if the shares are pledged only to banks or any other financial corporation. Why the pledged shares have increased even after closing loans.
What progress has been made on the Axis bank loan, why there is a e-AUction when you mentioned negotiations are happening, has the negotiations failed?
SRK has a very casual attitude, i wouldnt be surprised if he comes in the next concall and says we were at the final stages of negotiations and we thought it is the inflection point, but last moment they are asking for additional papers which we will provide in a quarter. Auction starts 9-Dec-2019 and ends 26 Dec 2019. Notice being published on Indian express and namsthe Telangana.

0Lycos_InvestorRegistered BoarderMy Post regarding Axis bank auction of properties given as securities for the 36 crore loan is not getting posted. Axis bank has sent a letter on this on 6th Dec 2019. Not sure why company did not report this to exchanges

Earlier there was a comments posted by someone in this forum, that DAUM was being allotted 5%. People just post whatever they want on public forum. We need to be very careful in believing comments posted in any forum.

0Lycos_InvestorRegistered BoarderOne thing for sure, things are more complicated on the subsidaries. SRK went for inorganic growth by acquiring lot of companies but didnt plan the integration into the parent company properly.
