@DH, I am personally obliged with all the clarity and proper efforts put on behalf of retailers. I am a retailer and retired since last 12 years a sr.Indian citizen involved with this group since last 6-7 years; and did not receive dividend till date. Once again I thank you so much for your continued endless efforts putting all the facts on table for the support of retailers. Regards
SaachRegistered BoarderSaachRegistered Boarder@Sobha! I appreciate your response and it is very well justified; but it does not give us being an investor(s) a right to call someone corrupt which is not correct in my sense. Only CEO could not be held a responsible for the current situation! Simultaneously you agreed to the robust nature of business and who is behind this progress of the company? In the end only my request that we all have freedom of expression but no one gives us a right to call “corrupt” someone who brought this company to this level! Kind regards.
1+SaachRegistered Boarder@Sobha! with due respect to you, my humble request and will appreciate it if you could please avoid to give your judgement on the character of the Promoter(s)! Are the having any proof to address someone like this? If not then please do not express your such comments on anyone. My regards.
SaachRegistered BoarderI agree with you and appreciate such positive move rather than just to talk about negative points; though all the points raised matter a lot to long term investors and I am also sailing in the same boat. I am retired person and having invested in this company since 2014, just to keep in mind and I am not favouring SKR or operators. Regards.
3+SaachRegistered BoarderDear BCGians All the best for coming bright outcome of all the related efforts of the management and patience of the LT investors!
Regards0SaachRegistered BoarderDear Madam Diana, As always your words put lot of confidence in the hearts of Long time investors. I am personally obliged.
0SaachRegistered BoarderDear VSK, you are absolutely right: hereunder is the extract from the Conference call of Feb 2020. I believe you are referring to this paragraph!
QUOTE: “First and foremost, we’ve had a fantastic quarter. Like Y. S. R. said, we almost kissed INR 860 crores, INR 750 crores of which came from digital, software is about INR 110 crores. So it’s — we had a good quarter, and we’ve had no — business has been growing year-on-year. The reason there has been a little up and down, has been because the industry itself has been going through some turmoil. And then we’re also restricted because of our cash flow, and I’ve talked about that. But that being said, we are efficient. The teams have been good with the resources we have. We have maintained, in fact, brought in some growth.”
Rgds.0SaachRegistered BoarderDear T10C, it will be more beneficial for the retailers if you could please share your views (in detailed manner); where BCG stand among the Chart of Competitor Comparison, market value wise and technically what could its share price in near future! Regards
0SaachRegistered BoarderDear Valuebuye, Thanks for your response. Appreciate.
1+SaachRegistered BoarderDear Admn.,
I am trying to understand from the SHP as at March 31, 2020 submitted to BSE! and if I compare all the Categories shown in the statements A, B1 and B2 etc.. reaching the total shareholdings of shares and its value; which is definitely the same as compared to December, 2019. It is also a fact that company has collected the funds on account of preference shares allotment during the said quarter with the fv of Rs.2 plus Rs.8 as a premium = Rs.10 for each share. How these shares are shown and considered in current SHP??
Will appreciate – any one could please clarify this subject!
Regards1+SaachRegistered BoarderBro Tanvi51, appreciate your efforts sharing complete picture; you are absolutely right. Very clear. Thanks a lot dear. Regards.
0SaachRegistered BoarderBro Tanvi51, Thanks for sharing link of NSDI website reg. pref shares; only a quick thought face value of the share of BCG is shown there as Rs.10; if I am not mistaken and as per my understanding; the face value of share, basically is Rs.2/-. Will appreciate a lot if anyone could explain/clarify my doubt! Regards
